Fantastic 5 star hotel in a fabulous location! Right next to the old town. Lovely big room with double sink and amazing shower & bath! Amazing pool area and hotel nicely done out :) Highly recommend staying here!
Everything. It was a amazing hotel. Very happy with our stay. The staff were very helpful. location was great not far from the Old Town, which is just what we wanted. Great Time...........
The wait staff at the restaurant was horrible. Rude and poorly trained -- took plates away before we finished, didn't ask how we were, seemed bothered by a request for coffee. Not at all helpful. They allowed a large group of young men to have a big, loud party and drink beers in the lobby at 11 am, disturbing any morning tranquility for the guests. They charged wat too much for breakfast but didn't mention it until check out. Thievery.
They gave us a room upgrade which was very thoughtful, although there was no elevator from the 2nd to the 3rd floor where our room was located. We had to carry our bags up a flight of steps and no assistance was offered.
Location friendly staff and nice surroundings
Breakfast very expensive.
Very nice small SPA. Location very close to Old City.
Buffet breakfast does not have Chicken, instead all beef, pork & fish varieties, not suitable for Indian.
Good environment, away from busy city.
Lack of genuine politeness from some staff. The suite i had has shown some need for refurbishment.
The bed was one of the best hotel beds i have ever had. Nice little pool and sauna.
personal, property, sauna, restoran,
house is situated in a silent area at the edge of old town - however it is a little bit far off, public transportation is not far but you have to walk sauna was out of service - welklness area was one of the main reasons why we chose that house; when we arrived we asked about the opening hours of spa and were told nothing about the defect of the sauna. Nobody could tell us how long the work on the sauna (of which we didn't see anything) would take
room size atmosphere: quiet, relaxed, comfortable, not over-crowded pool
Only downside is the cost of the cooked breakfast which at around £18 is excessive for the area. Continental breakfast not much cheaper.
5 star accommodation at great prices. Hotel was spotless and well maintained with very friendly staff. Could easily walk out into the Old Town with numerous restaurants in the area.
Right in the centre of the old town so a wonderful location in the nice part of Warsaw. The room was very big despite being the simplest one on out of the options. The pool was nice despite the gym slightly misrepresented on the website and the sauna out of order. The staff were very helpful to any requests and the lounge area was lovely in the evening with a pianist.
1 - water under shower was boiled 2 - floor tile at the pool very danger - slippery 3 - bed to soft (my wife love it) - very individual opinion. I do not like to soft bed 4 - no weights in the bathroom 5 - no corkscrews in the room
In general all the rest perfect.
Retaurants was good but expensive for what it was. Menu variation limited.
I did think that breakfast was expensive at £20 or over Euro 25! But there were plenty of little cafes just around the corner
Pretty much everything, especially the relaxation area and pool.
Location, Rooms,good Breakfast
The employees fooled us, telling is another price for the stay! They did not even solve this right, even though the customer is always right. Don't stay here! Don't trust them! And it is far away from the city.
The hotel itself was good, but they fooled us with the price.
I loved the shoe shine service, bath robe and room amenities. The hotel is located on the edge of old town on a quiet street which was lovely. There is a corner shop nearby in case you need anything, which was handy as well. The lobby is inviting and the staff were professional and prompt.
The restaurant is a bit overpriced comparing to the rest of the services. Fitness is in the same room as the pool, which makes it too humid to seriously exercise.
The staff is very friendly and helpful. Everything that you might need is available in the hotel including sauna, swimming pool, small fitness, restaurant. Really excellent food and rich breakfast. Great price per night. Very pleasant atmosphere
Nice large room meant small TV was rather far from the bed for watching anything.
Lovely hotel steps from Warsaw's Old Town. Staff is very professional and helpful. Property is immaculate with large rooms, comfortable beds and spa-like indoor pool area. Will stay there any time I am in Warsaw!
we ordered king size bed, but we got two twin beds joined together.
Location, the room and hotel staff
Nothing. It was a great hotel.
Size of the room, polite staff, closeness to attractions, room service, cleanliness, style of hotel and rooms, tea and coffee making facilities and modern bathroom.
the staff were very helpful the hotel was beautiful - an old building that has been very tastefully refurbished the rooms were just right - very clean, room, light...
Expensive breakfast. Expensive to eat and drink. Why add a servicecharge to the hotel bill!?
The rooms were very well sized. Very helpful staff
