cleanliness, facilities staff couldn't do enough for you room was superb close to sights and restaurant's value for money
expensive for meals
Spacious room Very pleasant pool, sauna Abundant breakfast buffet
Problem with TV reception
The service was first class, no problems what so ever. Will stay here again if travels permit.
Absolutely nothing, will recommend to all my friends.
The le Regina hotel was a dream for me as the staff was on the ball nothing was to much trouble, the spa was small but perfect with swimming pool and sauna. The area of the hotel was in the old town this area lovely nice bars pleanty of food and a ten minute walk from main town Warsaw. I / we would give this hotel 100 out of 100 with out dought it's just perfect for business people also for the solo traviler and more so lovers as they do the love package. Amazing hotel in a lovely chilled area for the money.
Very nice room (3rd floor, on the courtyard), big, quiet and really pleasant. Breakfast really expensive, but good. The location was very good, just outside the old town.
We asked to book a taxi to go back to the airport. Arriving at the airport, we realised that it was not a real taxi but a "limousine service" from the hotel and the price was higher that what we had paid when arriving. We should have been told at the hotel that it was not a real taxi and asked if we agreed with the fare. We finally agreed with the driver of a fee. It was something really unexpected from a hotel of that category. :-(
Very good location near the old town. Very cosy and comfortable bed. Nice little pool. We had to leave very early, so the breakfast was served into the room.
Breakfast was excellent, staff very friendly, rooms stunning
Beautiful place, very nice staff, nice rooms, perfect place to visit the old center and of course the magic of Varsav...unforgetible
The hotel really deserves the great reviews it has had.The delux rooms on the top floor are huge with balconies and are fantastic.
The food and drink (breakfast £20 each, mini bar £10 each for minature spirits etc.) are far too expensive. There are lots of great places to eat and drink within a 3 min. walk which are literally a fraction of the price the hotel charges.
Staff were excellent. Breakfast and dinner was great.
Every bit of it
location and the whole building is very nice
the most hotel rooms need new beds as everything else is very good
Just a perfect stay in a wonderful place! All hotel managers are extremely friendly and understanding! Enjoyed from the first minute!!!
Excellent service with nice and helpful personnel. Very nice and clean rooms. Perfect location close to some good resturants
Hard ( and cheap?) pillows
restaurant + bed
fitness ... very bad and not worth to be mentioned as a facility.
Location very close to Old Town, Easy to walk everywhere. Very quiet at night
Breakfast very expensive. Should be included in tariff.
- Very friendly, helpful staff - Location was ideal for short trips to the old town - Rooms were spacious and clean
Nothing major, but: - Breakfasts were expensive - The blinds for the bathroom in one of the rooms did not provide adequate privacy - That particular room was also near the lift and hence a little noisy
All around elegance and attention to detail, from the lobby to the room. Fabulous bathroom and very comfortable bed. TV in multiple languages. Very helpful staff. Ideal location.
Breakfast, while delicious, was over-priced.
The whole feel of the place, the large room (we were upgraded); the staff, including the Lucas who picked up from the airport, the location.
the pillows were too hard!
They conversed in English competently.
Yet they were reserved and I think Clients would appreciate some chat. What are you planning to do? Are you mainly hoping to relax and see something of Warsaw. There are some good places to go to in the Old Town and we could suggest something if you would like. We realise that your tastes might be different etc etc. Clients love yo talk to local people and the staff at the desk are in a very good position yo be able to do so... If they have the time and without sounding too inquisitive
This hotel is quite simply perfect - from its location in the Old Town. The staff are exceptional.. Rooms are spacious and beautifully prepared. The wifi code is given at time of booking in.
Friendly - charming - peaceful
Beautiful building. Very good location. Great housekeeping staff. Turn down service. Good breakfast.
Incredible pretentious reception staff, borderline rude. At first provided a tiny and horrible room, worth of a 3 stars hotel, we refused to take it so they gave us a good room. The whole ground floor smells badly (sewage problems).
The location was great - very close to the Old Town Warsaw - clean, friendly staff and great buffet
