The location of the hotel is fabulous - in the peaceful New Town, with the Old Town minutes away on foot and all the amenities of modern Warsaw easily reachable - but even if it weren't this hotel would still be wonderful. It's just so cozy that we didn't want to go out! |

High class hotel in a good location, few steps from the old city, or the jewish getto. They charge you for everything, as if you didnt pay so much for your staying: internet, calls, t.v. movies, etc. The gym facilities are poor for this class of hotels. |

The Hotel was quality and had staff who were very attentive. The location was great as well. When we were there, there was a large cultural festival just 3 blocks away yet we were not told anything about it, and by the time we discovered the event, it was over. It was a shame to have missed the annual event. The hotel could have advised us when we asked about directions and the like, or at the very least had a discrete note highlighting the nearby events. |

The room was fantastic for a restful and relaxing stay. Restaurant was superb. Service staff were very attentive and personable. Everything we needed for a perfect stay was available. |

Unfortunately didn't have too much time to spend in the hotel but it was comfortable enough and in a quiet neighbourhood close to the Old Town. Rooms were pleasant enough. The booking.com confirmed room rate was in Euros but the hotel charges Zloty and of course the exchange rates are heavily in their favour so that you end up paying more euros than you thought was confirmed. I think they should charge the agreed amount in euros and let the exchange rate go the other way. |

the fact that the hotel is really centrally located and the standard is in line with the respective cathegory in the hallways of our floor, the staff started with the cleaning too early making too much noise (around 08.00 am) |

It has a terrific location in a quaint area. Old town is 2 blocks away. There are many dining options nearby. One can take the most amazing walks through the old town square and Royal Way (Krakowskie Przedmiescie). Several key destinations marking the Jewish Ghetto are also within a walkable distance. Dining options were a little pretentious for my taste. I prefer simpler, less ornate meals and ate at nearby restaurants. |

everything - especially the staff service, and very comfortable room, we had a room on the top floor, with a small terrace, unfortunately only a view to the inner courtyard. wold stay again on next trip. choice of polish food, could be more international on their lunch/dinner menu, we ate out anywayIt was a bit pricey, but we were upgraded, and the bar is in the lobby area, but nicely decorated |

Very friendly and professional staff - we got in at 7:00 because that was the only train available, and they let us check in at 9:30. everyone was always very helpful with any questions we had or requests we made. The location and facilities were amazing - very charming and old world, but still very luxurious. |

Free newspaper from my country (choice of 800 newspapers from 81 countries), big room, total silence, nice swimming pool, very good price for such high quality, personal attention from check-in staff. They have an upgrade for 65 Euro that includes better room, breakfast and free minibar, ask for that by email or at reception if you want. If you like the Pay-TV movies, don't make the mistake, as I did, by choosing one movie for 60 Zloties, and then all for 120 ,as it will cost both these amounts. |

Everything was excellent. Price, room, service,...., all. The only thing you have to know, is that the hotel previously make a deposit in your credit card around 500 euros just when you arrive at the hotel.... |
