It is nice hotel, very clean room, and good breakfast. It is far from the city center, no coffee/tea maker in the room "as they mentioned". Also there is slight difference in room price what stated in the website as the only deal with the local currency (take care)

Very clean. Free wi-fi downstairs in the breakfast area and lounge. Not all but most of the staff there were rude. Did not speak English very well.

Nice breakfast choice - Spa equipement is out of order until "no dates". No information are displayed when booking room - hotel is not adapted for individual traveller : seems only concerned by conferences members - too young and inexperimented personnel

Mooi hotel met erg mooie ontbijt-feestzaal. De eerste keer was het ontbijt in de kelder omdat er feest was geweest maar na ons eigen feest dat tot zes uur duurde was ons ontbijt toch weer in de perfect opgeruimde feestzaaal. Er moet dus hard gewerkt zijn door het personeel. Volop te eten daar.Het word er neergezet en je kan pakken wat je wilt. Hotel is tien kilometers van het centrum maar de tramhalte is voor het hotel.Kaartje voor 3 dagen koste 24 zloty, dus 6 euro. Het vliegveld is maar vijf kilometer en dan kun je beter een taxi nemen voor 20 Zloty. Een van de bruiloft gasten had te veel wodka op en mocht niet meer met de taxi mee naar zijn eigen hotel. Er was een kamer over in hotel Lord, die hij gratis mocht gebruiken. Wat een service !

Tout simplement la classe !!! Il n'y a pas de prise electrique à coté de la table de chevet pour pouvoir recharger le telephone portable. Dommage que le personnel ne parle pas français.

Obsługa w restauracji bardzo sympatyczna. Komfortowe I czyste pokoje. Fatalna obsługa Pań na recepcji - szokujące zachowanie, biorąc pod uwagę fakt, IŻ recepcja jest wizytówką hotelu. śRednia jakość posiłków. Napewno juz nie skorzystam z usług tego hotelu.

Lokalizacja 1. Kelner pomylił zamówienie, przyniósł zamówioną zupę i herbate po przypomnieniu po II daniu. Nie podał noża do steku. 2. W pokoju miast ogrzewania chłodziło, po interwencji otrzymałem farelkę, której głośna praca wraz z niska temperaturą nie pozwoliła na sen. 3. Mała łazienka, prysznic oddzielony zimna, plastikową zasłoną na drążku, przylegajacą do ciała w czasie kąpieli. 4. Zużyty czyścik do butów, brak mydła. 5. Zamknięte SPA, o cyzm dowiedziałem sie na miejscu ... 5. Obsługa, szczególnie poranna zmiana, mało uprzejma. Hotel zasługuje maksymalnie na 2 gwaiazdki, a nie 4.
