It's a marvellous hotel! The interior in baroque looks like a castle, the managers are really friendly and helpful! And besides, it is located near the historical city-centre. I've been to 3 hotels on the present trip and this one is really the best!

Staff were all friendly helpful and efficient. Very good Vietnamese restaurant in hotel with 15% discount for hotel guests on food and all drinks. I had business in a local bank and the Hotel was chosen for its location close by but I will definitely go back there. Excellent value for money. Reception staff especially very good as I had some problems posting a parcel at the Post Office and had to fill in some Polish forms. I returned to Hotel and they helped me complete them properly. Very minor, but it would have been nice from my perspective to have at least one English speaking channel on the room TV.

Location! Good breakfast. Clean. Very austere and dated rooms. Our room was small and awkward, but another couple we were with had a much more "typical hotel" room. The rooms only had single beds, and from what we could tell that looked like the norm. Not a big deal, except they also had a foot board, which means tall people like me get to curl up!

Location Had small accident in the shower as shower head have follen out from it's fitting and hurt my foot the condition of the tap and fittings was very poor advised member of stuff and all they could do is to be sorry but this is typical behaviour in Poland, later on at night someone came to check the shower and said that there is nothing they can do. Funny people can't be bothered with the claim! So good luck to them. Also cleaning lady is not taking any rubbish from the room??!! Maybe this is normal in Poland I have never stayed in hotel like this before where they hover the floor and make the bed only.

Location - easy walking distance to old part of city. Also five minutes away from shopping mall Room was basic but clean. Bathroom fine. Tv was modern flatscreen but poor reception on all but two channels. Breakfast room music terrible - constant elevator type music, brass jazz..

location, location, location. this hotel is situated perfect for Wroclaw Old Town. A bit on the shabby side for the price. 3 star but should be expensive 2 star. friendly and helpful front desk. situated on top of an asian restaurant and our clothes began to accumulate the scent.

I made several mistakes in my booking, and they were all cleared up with good humour and kindness by the reception staff. The staff all knew about the layout of the city of Wroclaw and gave clear directions to the various attractions. Breakfast was very good and satisfying, but I would have liked one or two non-Vietnamese dishes in the restaurant.

Quite fair value for money, hotel staff was young and friendly. Comfy and quiet room. Bathroom was a bit old and cold taps were giving hot water for the first few minutes, but in general it was acceptable for a couple of nights stay.

This hotel was very clean and although it was on a main street it was quiet. Hotel is very close to main square and other tourist sites. Room was very warm during the night.
