This stylish historic property is situated in the very centre of Warsaw, in a prestigious and safe area near Belveder (President Palace), embassies and Royal Łazienki Park. The house was built in 1935 and has been restored in 2012. This truly unique apartment has 50sqm and a huge beautiful garden with a pleasant terrace perfect for a sunny breakfast or an evening rest. The apartment is on the ground floor making it convenient for people with loads of luggage and kids. To enter the house you don't have to climb a single step, which makes it convenient when you have to bring in a tone of stuff and/or you're tired coming back from a good day out in Warsaw. The apartment consists of a large, fully equiped kitchen with a dining area, a toilet & separate bathroom and a spacious room divided in two parts: a separated bedroom area (large double bed), and a seating area (with a foldable sofa which sleeps two). You can see the garden from the living room through a wall of large windows. This way you get to enjoy the view of nature all the time.Directly through the living room you have access to a 13sqm terrace where you can relax and have a meal at the table.

Neighborhood info

The house is located 400 m from Polish Presidential Palace, and almost in front of the massive Russian embassy. The house of the Prime Minister is just 200 m away. The real jewel lies behind the house - just 100 meters away you have the entrance to the Royal Lazienki Park - the oldest and most beautiful park in Warsaw, a must visit place in Warsaw. There is small restaurant in nearby apartment building (200m), where you can have your morning coffee or last snack in the evening. The nearby Regent Warsaw Hotel (200m) offers restaurants and bars. Around 450 meters away is also a good Mexican restaurant "Blue Cactus" open late in the evening. Right in front of the entrence to the residencial area there is a local grocery store open 7 days a week. A major convenience for those who want to have a drink and some snacks on the terrace, and not make a major exercise out of it. Bus stop, ATM, restaurants and grocery shop, are located within a radius of 50-350 meters.
