The Hotel Maltanski was in a fantastic location. So handy to all the sights. I liked how this was a small run hotel and had a real nice comfortable feel to it. The facilities were spotless, with a resonable bar, lots of toiletries necessary which were topped up each day. |

Very nice breakfast and helpful staff. Excellent cleanliness. Walls are very thin and one can easily hear the noise in the corridor, tv in other rooms etc. not so much the street noise though. |

Well located, friendly staff, clean and comfortable. A small boutique hotel which did everything expected. Room of excellent proportions.Would not consider staying anywhere else on future visits to Krakow. Even the mini bar was affordable! (a first) |

This is a nice boutique hotel very well located - close to Wawel Castle and the Main Market Square in Krakow. Staff is very helpful, friendly and has a good command of English. Great buffet breakfast with freshly brewed coffee on request. Air - conditioning should be in all rooms. |

Hotel Maltanski was a great little place with a lovely design that made me feel relaxed and comfortable immediately. There were a lot of nice details like mirrorred windows that increased natural light coming into the rooms and hooks for towels in every convenient place. Lighting in the rooms was very good. There were heated floor tiles and mirrors in the bathroom, which was a great touch. The bathroom was so clean that I felt comfortable taking a bath in the tub after a long day of walking and exploring. The staff members were extremely helpful -- booking excursions to the salt mine, providing a vase for some flowers I had bought, calling taxis, providing directions, etc. Breakfast was great. The trash can was obviously broken, and the cleaning service tried to hide it by propping it up just so each day. The hotel was stingy on the toiletries it offered (one tiny bottle of shampoo and one tiny bottle of shower gel - there wasn't even a small bar of soap for handwashing at the sink). These were not replaced automatically if emptied. Lastly, I couldn't get the internet to work using the cable provided, but I didn't ask for help since I was able to hook into wireless coming from somewhere in the neighborhood instead. |

It is perfectly located for regular and eary access to Old Town. The room (on ground level) had a lovely private patio. The staff were very helpful and conversational...especially Maciej. The shower door allowed more water than one might like to leak onto the floor..perhaps more our fault than the door's. |

Nice, comfortable hotel. Rood room. Exellent location: couple of minutes walk to the Market Square, Wawel and other attractions, yet far enough from crouds and noise. Bus stop to Welichka is 20 meters from the hotel. Helpful staff. I would surely recommend this hotel to those, who visit Krakow to enjoy sightseeng. |
