L'établissement lui-même, même s'il manque des parties communes conviviales. L'emplacement au calme et très proche du centre ville. La gentillesse et les conseils du personnel. L'accueil et les diverses attentions. Parfait |

Nice, comfortable hotel. Rood room. Exellent location: couple of minutes walk to the Market Square, Wawel and other attractions, yet far enough from crouds and noise. Bus stop to Welichka is 20 meters from the hotel. Helpful staff. I would surely recommend this hotel to those, who visit Krakow to enjoy sightseeng. |

Helpfulness of the Hotel Reception staff. They were very helpful in giving me info on tours etc. Plus contacting my next accommodation in Warsaw which was an apartment & how to obtain location/keys/access etc. Den. Nothing ! I would go again & recommend to others. Den. |

The location was ideal and the staff very helpful and friendly. We were arriving late, and asked the hotel about local restaurants before we arrived. They had booked a table for us, and gave us directions. The meal was very good and we returned to the restaurant during our stay. |

Staff very pleasant and attentive. Rooms in good condition, breakfast plentiful choice of options. Very minor points, shower gel not replaced during stay, neither was milk for tea/coffee. Not worth complaining about, but annoying, should be a daily check by maid. |

Quaint decoration, small number of rooms, location just off the Planty within walking distance of Wavel. Very clean, good bathrooms, friendly reception staff. Lack of restaurant meant the hotel was a little too quiet sometimes. |

I found the hotel staff excellent and the location could not have been better. The room was lovely with wooden floors and a wonderful shower. The terrace with table and chairs was a lovely touch. I will definately be returning to the Maltanski next time I am in Krakow and have already recommended it to my friends. |

Well situated for access to the centre. A good sized ground floor bedroom with impressive patio area directly from bedroom. Bedrooms were kept very clean. Breakfasts good. Staff were very professional and extremely helpful. not applicable. |

We had a sitting area outside our room which was very quiet and peaceful despite being so near to the main road. It was lovely to sit there and have an early evening drink or a late evening coffee. |
