Services and food were excellent. Staff was most helpful. Location is perfect for anyone needing train connections and the mall adjacent to the train station is packed with quality options.

Internet connection payment options are limited and terribly expensive. Rooms are quite pricey, although certainly the quality of service was excellent.

A huge building host this hotel, but besides the so many floors existing there que staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel room was cosy and clean although the bathroom was a bit too small. It stands near to the main train station of warsaw. The best thing about it was the breakfast, a great range of selections.

location is good, staff is always ready to help, excellent breakfast. There is everything in the room which is indicated in the booking confirmation.

Clean and comfortable rooms with King Size bed, central location, city view, buffet breakfast. Excellent deal if you can get a special offer.

No free Internet/WIFI and it's very expensive (5* hotel internet is just internet..no added value to justify this price!). Bathrooms are small (King room) and need some good renewal/maintenance : plastic shower curtains instead of glass, air extractor wasn't functioning, old tiling, shower hose was really cheap, like the one you can buy 1€ at any low cost do-it-yourself store....

Wifi is ridiculously expensive. In general aimed towards business people with expense accounts.

Location - excellent as we arrived by train. Good view , excellent choice of breakfast, good sized room with good facilities.

Had late food in the Panorama Bar - very disappointing food. Bed had big lumps on my side. Although these were soft lumps I'd rather not have had them.

Quality of almost everything even small details. I would stay there if I would come back.

Just the bathroom is not according what it should be a bathroom from a 5 stars room hotel... A bit small.

My credit card was charged more than the amount on the invoice, hotel staff in the restaurant was slow (I was sitting there for some time before anybody came asking to offer tea or coffee - the restaurant was not busy at this time)

Pretty much everything was great, breakfast was fantastic, beds were really comfortable, rooms were very clean, staff were great and very helpful.

The only really thing is that the lifts are slow.. We were on the 29th floor (out of 40) and it took about 5 mins in the lift to get to floor 0 because the lift kept stopping.. This was a regular thing during our stay.
