The Warsaw Marriott provides the same level of service and quality as all the other Marriott hotels I have stayed in across the world. It's a bit pricey and a shame they insist on charging extra for breakfast.

Swimming pool was nice, as well as breakfast The hotel is old and needs serious maintenance. My bathroom had tiles pealing off the wall, the water was standing in the bathtub and the sink, the shower was leaking. Way behind what other 5 star hotels in Warsaw offer

Excellent view and unbelievable room for normal money. Nice breakfast and 24h drinks and snacks in Executive lounge (from 17:30 till 19:30 it is some kind of dinner buffet served).

Very clean rooms and cleaning service. Fantastic city views from the hotel rooms. Very good breakfast. Not the most attentive staff. If you don't wear a suite and don't ask staff explicitly, you will have to catch taxi and cary your bags yourself. Not the thing I expect from 5* hotel.

Room was nicely furnished and arranged. The bed was marvelous and I had a fantastic view from the 37th floor. To be picky: why is wifi still not included and remains extra? That's a medieval practice.

Breakfast are good, I liked it a lot. Room keys are constantly not working. Be careful when you put them close to iPad or your cell. It is 21 century, the should do something about it. Air condition - super loud and old! Rooms rather small but well equipped with stuff you might need. Horrible gym, it is supposed to be 'world class' but it was 'basement class'. Much better one is in Intercontinental just across the street. Prices in the room are high - mineral water for 8 zlotys, phone conection a small fortune and they charge you for a wi fi - everywhere! Tv sucks, it is not even digital not mentioning being hd. Staff working in the hotel very friendly and helpful. Excellent location. Breakfast are good, I liked it a lot

First of all the location is more than perfect . The staff very helpfull as all the polish people I met. Breakfast is very rich the spa is good. Very nice view from the 37 floor. The price that I got threw booking.com was exellent thank you booking.com keep on bringing us such perfect hotels god bless booking.com Bathroom too small very expensive late check out 100zlt for 2 hours later on checking out when the full price of the room including breakfast was 250zlt.

The hotel is located right next to the train central station where we were arriving and we didn't need to take any further transport from there to the hotel since it's just 5 min walking distance. The rooms are very nice and spacious. Spa and gym were closed due to bank holiday in Poland which I don't really understand given that a hotel is a place where on such days many customers are potentially expected. The woman at the exchange desk inside the hotel was extremely unfriendly, but it was just she.

It is modern clean hotel. It was very good city sight from the room window. The bad is perfect to sleep but the bathroom is very small and not enough place to hang up towels. There are very good SPA and gym. The breakfast is perfect and location is not far from “staro” and “novo mesto” but we use metro in one side (two metro stations). There is Internet only in the lobby free of charge.

I was most impressed with my exective room on the 39th floor with the city view! It was amazing. The bed was extremely comfortable. It was a fantastic deal as this floor gave me access to the exective room with breakfast and dinner included. The breakfast was first class.

Junior suite has big bath and separated shower room, and very nice city view from there. My favorite. Although we are two person, amenity is for one person. Like slipper or bath robe. It was not first time, third times.
