Very comfortable, great breakfast, practical in layout and in meeting general guest needs, Better lighing in bed rooms -- could not read in bed -- good lighting should be put in over beds. My friend in the single room was very happy but her room was very small maybe too small? |

fantastic breakfast (1) huge mold in the bathroom on the ceiling (actually already in the size and form of 4 mushrooms), (2) very noisy, and (3) very cold (radiators seem to work, however the windows are not hermetic), finally (4) the whole floor was supposed to be for nonsmokers, but in fact I had the smell of cigarette smoke coming into my room a few times (I guess someone on the corridor or a next-door neighbor did not follow the rules) |

pros: Very good breakfast, good room, friendly staff, they also packed breakfast when we were not able to come to breakfast (we were leaving early to airport) cons: 30 mins from old town by foot, no free wifi, traffic noise from street |

Good night rest, very good breakfast, there was internet, good location. It was a bit expensive, then again it was to be expected, cause of the location in Warsaw. |

Staff was ok, English speakers, good hints about what to visit and how to get there. Rooms facing the street are not so quiet, I asked for another room with view to the interior. |

The hotel is very well located, but the rooms have no air conditioning, and it is quite overpriced for its service and amenities. The intersection of three avenues is quite noisy, and without Air co it was hard to sleep. In addition, although some staff were helpful, they don't have a good command of the English language. There is only cnn in English, and all the other tv channels are either pay per view or in Polish. |

The hotel was located near the centre of Warsaw near many amenities and had a really good restaurant next door. The rooms are quite large. They should actually be defined as suites as there was a sofa, desk, 2 chairs and a large sleeping area. |

I didn't need to ask staff for anything, everything were ready before I asked. The breakfast menu was the same all the time. |

Location is excellent - centrally located in the city. No tea/coffee-making facilities in rooms. Only one guest computer with internet access and you had to pay to use it! |

The hotel is centrally located, nearby buses and trams take you to the "must see" in Warsaw, as well as to the Central rail station and the airport. The square were the hotel is located is very noisy at nights |

Nice and clear rooms, tasty breakfast. Staff was not friendly. At a front desk they don't pay attention if the customer was standing and waitting. |

Breakfast very good, fabulous view from the breakfast room. Room in a very good state of repair, bathroom in perfect condition. Chambermaids very good also. Very hot when there, and no aircon or fan in room. This was a serious shortcoming! |

Excellent location; close to metro station. Very good breakfast, friendly staff. Rooms clean and tidy. Good value! On checking out we were offered MDM hotel taxi service. We were going to the airport. On arrival we had to pay 55zl whereas regular taxi, which you can take at the main doors, costs only 35zl on the same route!! |

The best thing about this hotel was its location, which is in the heart of downtown Warsaw, right on bus and tram lines, not too far from the old town, and close to other downtown Warsaw spots of interest (like Lazienki park). There are a number of shops and cafes very close by. The hotel was not bad, but of the four places I stayed on my recent trip to Poland, this one had the least friendly staff, and was also the noisiest. The night staff was friendlier than the day staff, which seemed somewhat arrogant and preoccupied. Also, of the four places I stayed, this was the only one that charged extra for access to internet service. |

I loved the location. Centrally located to many tourist sights and restaurants. Very accommodating staff. I prefer more amenities in the room: toiletries, hand lotion, complimentary internet, bathrobe. |

The location of the hotel is perfect, you couldn't get a better location - smack bang in the middle of the city. The view from the breakfast room is BRILLIANT - bring your camera to breakfast. Breakfast was very nice too. The staff were not all knowledgeable, sometimes they didn't know things about how to get around the city or where to buy this or that. Also, although I booked 2 rooms with double beds in each, I got 2 rooms with twin beds in each!! They had the booking but blatantly stuffed up, without much initiative to change it to the correct bed setting. |

The staff were always helpful, but sometimes a little off putting or rude in their reply. Breakfast was good and the view from the breakfast room is worth lingering longer for (bring your camera to breakfast). The location of the hotel is PERFECT - couldn't do better as in the middle of city & close to everything. |
