I loved the location. Centrally located to many tourist sights and restaurants. Very accommodating staff. I prefer more amenities in the room: toiletries, hand lotion, complimentary internet, bathrobe. |

The location of the hotel is perfect, you couldn't get a better location - smack bang in the middle of the city. The view from the breakfast room is BRILLIANT - bring your camera to breakfast. Breakfast was very nice too. The staff were not all knowledgeable, sometimes they didn't know things about how to get around the city or where to buy this or that. Also, although I booked 2 rooms with double beds in each, I got 2 rooms with twin beds in each!! They had the booking but blatantly stuffed up, without much initiative to change it to the correct bed setting. |

The staff were always helpful, but sometimes a little off putting or rude in their reply. Breakfast was good and the view from the breakfast room is worth lingering longer for (bring your camera to breakfast). The location of the hotel is PERFECT - couldn't do better as in the middle of city & close to everything. |

Old Soviet style hotel which has been revamped. Still very old in feel though but rooms are large. Good buffet breakfast. Well situated in the town but not close to the old town. Rather unfriendly sevice in the evening on arrival but much more pleasant the next morning. Raher warm and no aircon so would be hot in the summer. |

The hotel stuff, the area where the hotel was situated, breakfast was good. Our room was noisy, very cold, the hotel stuff wasn't always able to give us the best informations. |

The location was good and the rooms were confortable. The staff were very rude, and hardly spoke English. A fire alarm woke us up at 5 in the morning following a message in Polish, no English announcement so were confused and worried as we had no idea what was going on. I would not reccommend taking children here due to the amount of adult services cards scattered in the hall ways late at night, this happened every night we were there! Not Nice! |

We had two separate reservations, each for one night, for the same person for two following nights. However reception staff said they had had only one. This points out to the mess on the reception, which brings travellers into uncertainty. I would rather choose another hotel next time to avoid the risk of not being provided with a reserved room. |

Great location, very good breakfast with some rare polish specials. Staff very helpfull. Although we booked room with double bed, we got two single beds. Fortunatelly, they quickly changed it. |

Hotel was perfectly located for my appointments, but probably on the wrong side of town for tourists. Room was very big and breakfast had a big selection. It seems the hotel has a reputation in the city as being a "socialist place" and I got a couple of raised eyebrows when I mentioned I was staying there. However, hotel is recently renovated and might not deserve this reputation anymore. |

The location, the room and breakfast were all good. As ever it is the little things. Bedside light bulb was not working so I asked reception to change it at 0900hrs when we went out. At 1700hrs it still had not been done and I had to ask again |

The room was large and very comffort. If the price is very imported you can find another hotel at lower price. The hotels in Warszawa are clean and confortable. |
