The hotel position is very good & largely the staff were very helpful. My room was clean & the facilities good. One of the receptionists was arrogant & rude & jolly unhelpful. It panited a poor picture of an otherwise super hotel.My room was noisy in the evening & was not helped by there being a door to the next room. At the weekend unfortunately I had to complain to the reception about a party in the next room. The reception were very helpful & the problem was resolved efficiently. |

location. well situated in the centre. good value for money. 4 star hotel. rooms reasonable size. problem with cable tv - staff friendly but could not resolve since it was a weekend but offered a separate room instead. |

This hotel is quite shabby. I was on the 11th floor and the water in the shower was comming out drop by drop, either fleezing or boiling. |

Good location for visitors to enjoy Warszawa old city. Nice design and good atmosphere. Easy toreach by train and car. Very next to public transport. |

Location and cafe and very helpful staff in Reception Expensive, boring breakfast and plastic sheets on the bed and very poor quality pillows.The bed linen was of a very low standard especially for the prices charged for the room. |

I liked about the facilies, the hotel is near the old center and there are many cash machines , but don't have many restaurants near that. Therefore is a good option. |

I liked the fact there was a fitness centre and its central location. I didn't have tiime to eat there but the bar staff were very helpful as were the reception staff. I will be travelling to Warsaw a lot in the next two months will you do a special rate per stay? |

The location is perfect, near central station. The hotel and room were clean. Personel very helpful. Internet should be inclusive in the price, it is a shame to need to go down to front desk to pay for an internet pass. again, the breakfast should be inclusive, especially nothing around is available to eat there. I prefer to pay more and have everything inclusive. The Sauna was not working properly. |

The hotel is well placed in the center of the city. Acoustic isolation with respect to the trafic noise was excellent. It would have been appreciated to have free access to the WiFi connection. |

Excelente ubicación. Pocas cuadras tanto de la Estación Central, como de la llamada Calle Real de Varsovia. Habitaciones confortables en excelente estado. Al igual que en la mayoría de los hoteles de Varsovia, las opciones de habitaciones disponibles no incluyen desayuno. |

Dokonując pospiesznej rezerwacji i kierując się promocyjną ceną nie zapoznalam się z opiniami gości hotelu. Gdyby tak było, uniknęłabym żenującej sytuacji polegajacej na tym, że nie tylko zażadano ode mnie zapłaty z góry za pokój, ale zażądano kaucji w wysokości 150 zł. Kiedy poprosiłam o uzasadnienie tego kuriozum, usłyszałam, że takie są zasady obowiązujace w sieci Mercure, a recepcjoniści, którzy zaufali gościom, muszą pokrywac straty z własnej kieszeni. Ciekawe zatem cóż to za "element" gości w tej sieci? Ludzie, którzy wynoszą w kieszeniach pół barku, ręczniki? mydełka? Gratuluję managerom świetnego pomysłu traktowania klientów jako potencjalnych złodziei.Rzeczywiście - Francja - elegancja. Ten hotel skreślam z listy. |

Venligt personale. Hjælpsom med at løse et opstået problem. Flexible med hensyn til rengørings tidspunkt. Langsommelig indskrivning. Det burde være muligt at bruge oplysningerne som man udfyldte da man bestilte værelset. |
