Havent estat al Mercure Fr. Chopin de la mateixa ciutat, les habitacions d'aquest son més modernes i grans, malgrat que era uns standard, el personal molt més proper, accés a la sauna molt més explicat. En els dos el buffet esmorzar excel.lent. la situació dels dos és similar, nosaltres el primer dia vam visitar el que estava més aprop i en la setmana següent vam anar a l'altre zona i a més aprop del bus a l'aeroport nº 175. Val la pena agafar-lo per 3 PLN per persona. No en van voler afegir els punts de la primera estancia en la targeta que en van oferir, cosa que els altres no m'havien ofert. Haviem estat la setmana anterior, em sembla una falta de delicadesa cap el client. |

The rooms are newly done, & have a pleasant decor. Hotel staff speaks English, & are courteous. Very close to the main railway station. |

Staff and service were excellent. Room was very good, clean and modern. Breakfast was superb. Very good value for money. I can fully reccommend this hotel. |

Location was good. From the airport, bus 175 (airport shuttle) goes to the close to the hotel. There are good restaurants "Babooshka (I am not sure the nam??)" and salada bar near the hotel. Breakfast was expensive and with this reason I did not add the breakfast. |

spacious, clean room, good location close to city centre almost every thing was fine - but I got a room fro disabled persons - I did not ask for. I would have preferred to have another usual room with normal bathroom and capboard. |

Nice contemporary style. Close to the US Embassy and moderately close to other destinations. Free parking in front. Low room prices with high prices for everything else. Broken air conditioner during a hot summer week. Broken elevators to the parking lot due to recent storms. First "we cannot accept your credit card because it says 'See Photo ID'" challenge ever. |

I liked the modern style of the rooms and hotel. Also I enjoyed the gym and the steam-room, which they called a "sauna". I liked the limo service from the airport at 18,00 euro it was great service. There was no computer to be used in the hotel for checking internet. Also the steam-room had such a strong smell of the aromateraphy that you could hardly stand in there more than one minute. The breakfast was expensive. |

I really like the hotel, the staff is very nice and it is really clean. The only thing that makes me crazy is the price for the breakfast (20 euro) This is way to much! |

Convenient location, friendly staff, comfortable rooms although they might be too modern for some tastes, excellent breakfast (about 70 złoty but well worth the price as it is a substantial breakfast with a great selection). Hotel did in fact charge city tax as others noted when it should not have done so (immediately after I had booked my room online). While it only amounted to roughly 6 Euros, it's an unpleasant practice, particularly from this sort of hotel. Also, the internet connection (wired) was noticeably slow at times. |
