food variety. A vegetarian menu for Asian's is desired
Staff were brilliant, very clean and tidy.
Central, Good value for money overall.
A bit noisy from aircondition in our room. Woke up few times a night because of it. The hole on the roof where it is should be covered up.
The very noisy street work right blow my windows starting at 6:30.
excellent location comfy bed quiet room great service at the reception
location rooms staff quality of hotel quite location
the internet was terrible,Hardly worked.I Know its sad to put that but in this day and age decent WIFI is a must if you want to be a 4*-5* hotel.
Well-designed rooms, fantastic shower.
Having to log into wifi again every time I used the internet.
Assistance with booking taxi from hotel.
The check-in staff was friendly, professional, and fluent in English. The room was kept clean and in outstanding condition. The glass wall separating the bathroom and the bedroom was rather nifty. The hotel was within walking distance of good transport connections (north-south and east-west tram lines were within 5 minutes walk). The area surrounding the hotel was not touristy (sights tourists visit are not walking distance), but there are plenty of good restaurants and cafes in the neighborhood. Public areas of the hotel were also clean, well-maintained, and homely, without giving the impression of being a sterile generic hotel chain.
We loved the whole experience here. The bedroom was very spacious and clean. Close to the train station.
We would have had breakfast but it was a very silly expensive price for what it was.
Protected parking ramp has too tight of curve
Esposizione camera su strada trafficata
Amazing place, great design, super- friendly and helpfull staff, very quiet rooms and extra comfy beds. Definitely coming back
Tiny bit of mould in the shower
Nice location Tons of restaurants and shops in area Close to old city and Warsaw central train station Easy check in and out Nice desk staff
Wifi worked half the time, bad signal
The whole room itself.was such a great experience we had even for just a night.
That the cleaner came into room when we were there
Premium rooms are big - if you can get them for discounted rate, it is worth it. Good wine bar Nespresso machine in the room
Due to some misunderstanding the cleaning team removed empty bottles from our room which were part of a wedding gift - and not left in the bin for the record - when we tried to explain this, the reception did not seem to understand the issue. We did not want to complain, we just wanted help to replace the bottles by empty ones from their bar.
The location, the neighborhood with many options of restaurants and cafes, the safety, the gym,
As a Portuguese, Japanese and English speaking native, I would like to have access to other language option of TV channels, instead of mostly Polish, Russian and German programs. This could be easily done by having access to original audio channel of the movies, for instance. Before checking in at the Mercure Warszawa Grand, I was at the Westin before, where I had all of these.
friendly staff, good sized rooms. Good selection of wine at hotel restaurant and nice food there.
Overall a very good, professionall hotel.
Steep price on (full) breakfast buffet.
Soundproof rooms.Room cleaned to a high standard each morning.
Breakfast too expensive and a little bit bland, every morning pretty much the same offerings.
A 3 ½ * hotel with a lot of 4* touches, the Grand is discretely located near the city center, king size room is spacious and comfortable, excellent soundproofing so little noise from inside or outside, free internet and reasonably priced mini-bar, breakfast and parking
The only fault (albeit trivial) seems to be a lack of usable plugs. The desk plugs were set too low to be usable by my computer or the tea making facilities.
Exellent double bedroom with transparent wall to the shower cabin!
Everything about the hotel was incredible and having done a trip all around Poland, this was by far the most superior hotel and also one of the cheapest!
close to the shopping street, bars and restaurants, nice and quiet room, very comfortable. the hotel restaurant has a reasonable price and good dishes.
there are not enough equipments in the gym
