The ski in and ski out facility was great for the family - we went down to breakfast in our gear just wearing ski socks on our feet and then padded down to hire our boots, without needing to leave the building. The buffet breakfast had a wide choice available. The pool was a bit cold. |

The fact that it was right next to a ski slope. The prices of food and drink at the hotel were very high compared with other hotels and restaurants in the town. It was not always easy to get information from the staff about things. |

I liked having the slopes next door and ski/snowboard hire on site. The room was kept clean and the bus service was also useful. On two nights there was lots of noise until 2.30am. This appeared to be a party in the room above us. I am not aware of anyone in the hotel taking action to ask people to be quiet despite this being in the hotel rules. |

The room was very nice, excellent view of the mountains. On the last morning breakfast was not brought up to the room because the card on the door knob was not taken. |

Jak na sieć Mercure to ponadprzeciętnie. Tylko trzy gwiazdki to jakieś nieporozumienie - ten hotel zasługuje na cztery. Bardzo dobra obsługa, stały zgrany zespół, piękny widok na całe Tatry. Dobre śniadanie z widokiem na Tatry - warte ceny. Bywam w tym hotelu od kilkunastu lat i nie wyobrażam sobie lepszego miejsca z Zakopanem. Trochę zapuszczona szatnia na basenie. Dość daleko od centrum, ale za to lepsze powietrze, widoki i spokój. W niektórych pokojach szumią rury od ogrzewania - warto sprawdzić przed rozpakowaniem rzeczy. |

Ruhige Lage mit schönem Blick auf die Berge. Zentrum relativ gut zu Fuß erreichbar (20 Minuten). Stündlicher günstiger Shuttelbus ins Zentrum und den wichtigsten Punkten in Zakopane. Großes und vielfältiges Frühstücksbufet. Wir haben zwei Tage vor Anfahrt gebucht. Entgegen der Ankündigung auf booking.com wurde direkt von der Kreditkarte abgebucht, laut Aussage, weil kurzfristige Buchung und spezielles Online-Angebot. Im ersten Zimmer fuktionierte des Internet nicht und es gab für jeden nur ein großes Handtuch. (=>Sonderangebot?) Nach einer Beschwerde an der Rezeption wg. des Internets bekamen wir ein Zimmer mit voller Ausstattung. |

Staff gentile e molto professionale, camera confortevole e sempre pulita con bellissima vista sui Tatra, colazione veramente eccellente e ricca di proposte,piscina coperta con acqua alla giusta temperatura per garantire un adeguato benessere Tutto perfetto. Consiglierei solo l'uso delle cuffie in piscina per garantire una maggiore igiene, considerando che anche la zona wellness è molto pulita e ben tenuta e rivela particolare attenzione da parte dell'hotel. Non è piacevole però mentre si nuota trovare capelli tra le dita o in bocca! |

- Idele ligging t.b.v. wintersport. Net als in Frankrijk: aan de skipiste, in dit geval een mini-skipiste. voor een zomervakantie in de bergen nogal decentraleligging t.o.v. stadscentrum. Er is wel een hotelbusje maar die gaat maar 4x per dag en maar tot 18.00 dus daarna moet jeuit het centrum lopen of een taxi pakken. Als je met je eigen auto gaat moet je overal in het centrum dik betalen voor parkeren. |

Widok z pokoju na Tatry. Bardzo bogate śniadania. Basen wewnętrzny. Codziennie czyste pokoje, choć ręczniki mogłyby być prane w lepszym proszku. Przejście dla gości hotelowych do basenów geotermalnych na zewnątrz, powinno to być inaczej rozwiązane. |
