The ski in and ski out facility was great for the family - we went down to breakfast in our gear just wearing ski socks on our feet and then padded down to hire our boots, without needing to leave the building. The buffet breakfast had a wide choice available. The pool was a bit cold. |

The fact that it was right next to a ski slope. The prices of food and drink at the hotel were very high compared with other hotels and restaurants in the town. It was not always easy to get information from the staff about things. |

I liked having the slopes next door and ski/snowboard hire on site. The room was kept clean and the bus service was also useful. On two nights there was lots of noise until 2.30am. This appeared to be a party in the room above us. I am not aware of anyone in the hotel taking action to ask people to be quiet despite this being in the hotel rules. |

The room was very nice, excellent view of the mountains. On the last morning breakfast was not brought up to the room because the card on the door knob was not taken. |

Bliskość wyciągu na Gubałówkę Bardzo biedny bufet śniadaniowy.Za te pieniążki byłem bardzo rozczarowany. Basen w hotelu płatny dodatkowo a inaczej wynikało w opisie. Brak udogodniań dla rodzin z dziećmi. Jedna zjeżdzalnia na dworze, żadnego placu zabaw etc...Tu bardzo duży minus. Masakrycznie drogie trunki w barze. |

Отлично расположенный отель-выход на подъёмник из отеля в лыжах! Из окон вид на горы и лес.Чистейшая горная вода.Отличная сауна,хороший бассейн.Персонал готов всегда оказать помощь.Всего 2 км от Закопане с его ресторанами и местной кухней. Улучшить ассортимент кухни. |

Hele mooie locatie van hotel. Hotel minibus is heel handig om naar centrum of bergen te gaan. Maar 1 persoon bij receptie - veels te weinig voor zo een groot hotel. Sfeer / interieur van het hotel koud, kil, ongezellig, interieur verouderd. Geen airco in de kamer. |
