Very quiet hotel with friendly and helpful staff. The restaurant and breakfast are OK. Parking area very convenient. The room was rather small and looked a bit dated. |

Location, quiet, walking distance to town, tea and coffee facilities in the rooms and mini bar fairly unique for Poland for this price range. Bathroom clean and functional but small. Bed on castors couldn't lock down so rolled and pillows uncomfortable. Breakfast buffet not replenished on both mornings that we stayed despite the restaurant being very busy. |

Hotel w środku bardzo zadbany i czysty. Obsługa miła a śniadanie obfite. Wielokrotnie miałem okazje odwiedzić Mercure Unia Lublin i jak zawsze byłem miło zaskoczony. Dostałem nawet pokój o wyższym standardzie niż zarezerwowany. Hotel mógłby zostać trochę odnowiony z zewnątrz. |

Szybka interwencja recepcji I sprawna obsluga. Brak papieru toaletowego w łazience I pokoj przygotowany dla jednej osoby mimo rezerwacji dla dwoch. 1. Padał śnieg. 2. Hotel serwuje sniadania. 3. Nie chcialo mi sie pic. ad 1. w tym śniegu brnąłem po kostki. ad 2. to śniadanie było od siódmej, a ja musialem wyjechac wczesniej. ad 3. w pokoju nie bylo wody (z wyjatkiem minibaru, po niesportowych cenach). POnadto: oddech starego socjalizmu czuc na kazdym kroku. |
