Very helpful and friendly staff, good breakfast, free parking space around the hotel

The hotel was ok, nothing to complane. Maybe if there was a golfcourse near by, information about it. But I forget to ask in reception. Thank you

Ratherr far from bus terminal

Good facilities and breakfast. VERY helpful staff [outstanding..Agurineska - fair haired lady afternoons]. Coffee in room..Walk to Old Town easy and pleasant.

Found location far from bus terminal difficult but less so when I found very frequent bus service and cheap taxis. Buses to Skansen and Majdanek go past hotel.

Nothing really

I was nice and clean (both rooms rented), comfortable bed, good bath and shower, great diversity of breakfast buffet

staff were not well polite. I asked to see the facilities such as meeting room and the gym but the staff members didn't bother to show them to me so as future ref i can't mention about them as i id not saw them. Both rooms clean but no tooth paste?? i had my own but this is something you expect from hotel. No enough towels or even bathrobes. I know there is an issue about this as some clients take them but you can still do a check list. They need to be available. I also left a note to the person who cleans the rooms but this nothing to do with her.The last is about the morning staff who were not polite at all when i just asked for an information. They only started to break the ice when saw my little one and play with them. (Really sorry but this is not professional) For the next question, i would say yes if i would see some changes.

Old Town

Just perfect hotel, can't be better

The room was set up nicely and there was adequate space for three as described in the booking. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Bad standard of the rooms. Very uncomfortable beds. Too expensive breakfast.

Since almost all hotels were fully booked during the days I was in Lublin, this hotel was the best option left: the location still quite near the center and the price not that expensive. I am really happy I chose this hotel, since I came that day from Ukraine after a long train trip, and the welcoming service was a big relief after a trip through Ukraine (althoug in most hotels the service was quite good there too, but not as good as in Poland). The hotel is more luxurious then I expected even, also the breakfast was very good.

The center is still a little bit of a walk and the direct area around the hotel isn't that interesting, there is not much (a small park), so for restaurants you still have to go to the center (although the hotel has it's own restaurant).

Dobra lokalizacja w centrum miasta. Czajnk, kawa, herbata. Bardzo wygodne lóżka. Wanna. W pobliżu dużo darmowych miejsc parkingowych. Duży wybór programów tv. Ogólnie cisza I spokój.

Klimatyzacja regulowana centralnie. Drogie śniadania, drogi parking.

Personalet var litt reserverte i begynnelsen, men etter kort tid, var de blide og varme mennesker og viste ikke hva de skulle gjøre for oss for at vi skulle ha det bra.

Savnet kanskje et oppholdsrom/sofagruppe hvor vi kunne sitte litt flere sammen og litt skjermet fra innsjekkina. Kanskje det var det et sted, men jeg fant det ikke.

Отель расположен в 15 минутах неспешной ходьбы до центра города. Профессиональный и приветливый персонал с хорошим знанием английского и немного русского языков. Отличные завтраки. В номерах все стандартно для отелей подобного уровня. Порадовала тишина в вечернее и ночное время.

Lokalizacja w Centrum miasta, smaczne ,nieskomplikowane śniadanie/choć plaster szynki był nieświeży/,woda mineralna w pokoju dobrej firmy.Tani wypad na weekend w Lublinie -polecam.
