breakfast The hotel is really outdated. Small beds and the bathroom hasn´t been renovated for the last 50 years. And for this reason the price was too high for the given quality. |

Most of all - location, clean and comfortable room; tasteful breakfast. Limitation - noise from the street (heavy traffic) all day around. |

The location is perfect, the rooms very nice, the breakfast magnificent, the staff very good en the service is brilliant as well! I could sleep very well with all the noise outside, so just bring some earplugs if you're really sensitive! The steps going to the elevator are a pain. And when we arrived there was a misunderstanding about the room we booked and according to them it was not possible to book a twin bed room via booking.com so we got a double bed, which was not very comfortable together with my mum! but in the morning they immediately changed us into another room as was promised. |

Friendly reception employee checked me in at 9 AM. Perfect location in the modern city center. Very well suited for my purpose. Rather noisy with windows open. |

Location, great breakfast, very close to train station. Walking distance to Old and New Town. The Palace of Culture and Science is just opposite the hotel. Small bathroom |

We had a small room (compared to North American standars but regular for Europe). It was adequate and clean. The staff were fairly friendly and some-what helpful. The location was great, about a 15 zty cab ride (about 10 minutes) from the train station and about 40 zty to/from the airport (about 25 minutes). The galleria shopping center is accross the street and there is a major entrance into the subway system right outside the hotel. Very well situated for travelers looking to get around the city. |

The room had a great view and lots of space. The location was great to visit the city. The large advertisement poster on the hotel, covering all windows. WiFi could have been for free, or at least a bit cheaper. |

wide selection of dishes in the morning. Clean dining room windows did not close properly in my room, hence, a drafty and noisy room |

Great location, close to train station and near bus to the airport. Room was clean and beds were very comfortable. Good breakfast in bright sunny restaurant. Opposite Palace of Culture and Science and close to restaurants and shopping centres. Look to visit on the weekend where the rates are considerably less. |

Location ,just in the centre, walking distance to Old city,National gallery,to restaurants, shopping areas... Maybe the price of 300zl per night for a hotel without air condition and mini bar in the room is to high. |

One of the best location just opposite to City Center, kfc, pizza hut and turkish resturant and metro (though i didn't use that, taxi is the best option) are just a walking distance. Breakfast was quite good and hotel staff is really cooperative. There is no airconditioning system in the hotel so it was really hot. You have to manage the temperature by opening windows but when you open windows it gets difficult to sleep because the hotel is situated at the main junction so can not escape from noises. |

Clean room, nice staff, great breakfast. Wireless was not free but very affordable (20 PLN for the duration of stay), although slow. I wasn't bothered by the noise coming from the street (the hotel is on a very busy intersection), but if you're looking for peace and quiet this hotel is probably not for you. There was a strange smell in the room. Not a smoking smell, something different. It cleared a bit with the window open. Air conditioning would have been nice. |
