very good location - close to all atractions and shops, close to the bus. young people working in this hotel - very friendly. Breakfasts very tasty, everyone can find something to eat, room small but very clean, parking.During our second visit in Warsaw we will be sleeping in Metropol once again.Regards.

Wonderful interior, a very varied breakfast, a lot of different services offered at the hotel in all aspects of organized quickly see what works and skilled personnel. Not a very big number, but very nice and tidy. Parking fee

Excellent breakfast, cleanliness, location, friendly staff. We needed to spend one night in Warsaw on our way to Krakow, and Metropol proved be almost perfect for this. It would be nice to have some tea making facilities in a superior room. Our bathroom wasn't really comfortable.

The hotel is located in the very city centre, just a few minutes walk from the old town or the Copernicus Science Centre etc. The room was spacious (more than enough for a couple with 3 young kids). The breakfast was excellent, plenty a food and variety to satisfy everyone. The hotel staff was very helpful

The key was not good, it took 10 minutes to unlock the door, overall the hotel is good. Right in the center of Warsaw. Noisy because of that.

Everything - from top to bottom, great value great location great service. For the price hard to find better Peculiar smell in the room hard to call pleasant. When the windows were opened it was less noticable, however due to the localization, open window equals lots of noise in the room.

Ideal location and easy access to every thing Generally staff was good, but there was one receptionist who was virtually shouting at the guests which dampened the whole atmosphere when he was working. What was surprising is his supervisor was not paying any heed at him... His name was kristian or something.... All else was good with the hotel and staff but such staff behaviour cannot be accepted when traveliing as a family with children.
