The hotel is a townhouse that has a warm home-away-from-home environment created by the combination of the friendly and attentive staff and its rustic interiors. There are a variety of rooms that all have a private bathroom with a bathtub or shower and is equipped with a telephone, radio and a satellite TV. Suites consist of a cozy bedroom and a seating area and a small kitchenette. Enjoy hearty, old Polish dishes and international cuisine in the hotel's restaurant, located in the basement of the hotel. It has a secluded, comfortable, inviting environment, where many wonderful moments can be experienced. Alternatively, guests can enjoy light meals at the lunch bar and taste wonderful homemade cake. We had a great time in Hotel Mikołaj. The location of this place is great. Stuff very friendly and attentive. The room clean and pleasant. Breakfast was very tasty. Overall, a perfect stay and we will be back there again.

Very friendly staff and very good food in hotel restaurant Furniture - low standard, bathroom - facilities did not work properly, beware of room 12 -> its window is next to ventilation output of some oriental kitchen - It is imposible to keep windows open, and there is no air conditioning. Door was getting lock becouse of poor quality of parquet - very dangerous for kids, only strong adult can open them. Bed has collapsed under me right after I had laid on it (95kg - I did not jump ;) ). If You are looking for longer stay - I am sure staff will fix everything - but as for me for 1 night witch 2 small kids I even did not bother call reception....

The location is great, breakfast excellent and rooms big. The rooms should be renovated, bathrooms seems old and tired. If you got a room with windows on Mikolajska street you won't feel asleep with open windows so noisy. The hotel definitely should be cheaper. The quality didn't match the hotel price. The rooms look much better on the pictures than in reality.

The staff were unbelievably friendly and helpful and all spoke excellent english. Very nice, modern room and superb location very close to the square. The included breakfast was delicious – you could have any choice from the menu, including vegetarian options.

Bardzo miła obsługa, wspaniałe śniadania, B.dobra lokalizacja blisko wszystkich atrakcji Krakowa I 150 m od Kościoła Mariackiego Brak windy I lekki nieprzyjemny "zapaszek" w apartamencie (w sumie oprócz naszego apartamentu wynajmowaliśmy trzy pokoje)

Miła obsługa w recepcji. Cena nie adekwatna do jakości pokoju, Bardzo skromny wystrój pokoju, odpadające gniazdko, należy się butelka wody, szampon I mydło tylko w pierwszym dniu pobyt, łazienka z kiepską kabiną , półka pod lustrem ułamana I wszystko co postawisz spada, ręczniki mogłyby być lepszej jakości jak na tą cenę . Pokój co prawda duży ale telewizor tylko 14 cali I bardzo mały wóbór kanałów telewizyjnych. Duży hałas w pokoju od strony ulicy I okno musi być zamknięte , brak klimatyzacji , dobrze że chodź jest wentylator, brak windy w hotelu. Brak meni restauracji w pokoju.

Super lokalizacja - cała Starówka w zasięgu ręki. Hotel idealnie wpasowany designem w klimat Krakowa. Bardzo miła I życzliwa obsługa, smaczne jedzenie - fajne zestawy śniadaniowe do wyboru. Niemiły zapach w apartamencie na poddaszu (kanaliza? Wilgoć?).

Bardzo dobre i bogate śniadanie, bliskość strzeżonego parkingu (200m od hotelu) i rewelacyjne położenie - samo centrum miasta. Dość skąpe wyposażenie apartamentu (szczególnie kuchnia).

Staff gentile e disponibile, carina l'idea di offrire una bevuta all'arrivo nel bar dell'albergo. Ottima la colazione con possibilità di un piatto a scelta dal menù tra varie colazioni (polacca, tedesca, inglese, ecc...) oltre a succhi, yogurt, latte, caffe, cereali e marmellate. Ottima la posizione centrale (tra la piazza del mercato e la stazione centrale). Il bagno un pò "vecchio stile", ma comunque molto ampio anche con il box- doccia. Il grande tappeto per terra non da grande idea di pulizia. Ma nel complesso è una buona sistemazione che consiglierei!

Ottima posizione, buona pulizia della stanza, buona colazione con piccolo buffet e un piatto caldo a scelta preparato al momento (sia dolce che salato). Avrei eliminato il tappeto: la stanza col parquet va bene anche senza!!!!

Posizione dell'hotel ottima a 2 minuti dalla piazza del mercato ristoranti e negozi vicinissimi, hotel piccolino ma molto confortevole e servizio colazione ottima, personale molto gentile, camere molto spaziose e pulite.

L'hotel è in centro a due passi dalla piazza del Mercato, molto comodo per la visita della città, camere con arredi spartani ma spaziose e pulite, il personale è gentile e disponibile e cosa molto importante parlano inglese, colazione più che sufficiente, l'hotel ha anche un ottimo ristorante con specialità tipiche e a prezzo basso(come del resto in tutta la città), ottimo il rapporto qualità prezzo Mancanza dell'ascensore, ma è abbastanza comune in parecchi alberghi.

Niewątpliwie najlepsza kuchnia w całym krakowie. Jedzenie było naprawdę wyśmienite. Bardzo życzliwy personel hotelu. Podczas pobytu naprawdę wypoczeliśmy.

Wyśmienite śniadanie, myślę, że najlepszy darmowy posiłek w hotelu jaki kiedykolwiek miałem. Bardzo duża i czysta łazienka. W pokoju słychać było odgłosy z korytarza i sąsiedniego pokoju.
