the hotel was very central and the rooms very big and comfortable. there was no hot water unless you ran the shower for 15 minutes before using it. the staffs english was very poor and the room did not get cleaned once whilst we were there, none of us smoked but we found cigarette ash on the floor which that wasnt there on arrival,which appears that the cleaners were smoking in the rooms when they came in to change the towels(the only thing cleaned). |

The only positive point is it's localisation: really close from the market square and the touristic places. This hotel was displayed as a 3 stars hotel, in the reality it doesn't value any star. The room I had was really dirty, the carpet was so full of hairs and dusts that I immediatly removed it. When I took the room the bin was full from the previous client, I asked to empty this bin in the receiption and after few hours nothing was done. The tv table and the tv were covered by dust: I just pass |

The breakfast was excellent. The location for the centre of the old town was excellent. There is now no resturant in this hotel as advertised on your website and the hotel's own brochure. |

Très bon emplacement à mi chemin entre la gare et la vieille ville. Notre chambre était sur l'arrière, très calme. Petit déjeuner correct. Pas de sèche cheveux dans la chambre ni de cabine de douche (baignoire). Décoration de la chambre succinte. |
