The only positive point is it's localisation: really close from the market square and the touristic places. This hotel was displayed as a 3 stars hotel, in the reality it doesn't value any star. The room I had was really dirty, the carpet was so full of hairs and dusts that I immediatly removed it. When I took the room the bin was full from the previous client, I asked to empty this bin in the receiption and after few hours nothing was done. The tv table and the tv were covered by dust: I just pass |

The breakfast was excellent. The location for the centre of the old town was excellent. There is now no resturant in this hotel as advertised on your website and the hotel's own brochure. |

Location was great, hotel was clean and staff friendly Room was warm so had to have windows open, Lot of street noise through the night as had room at front of hotel. |

We booked a double room and when we got there had been upgaraded to an apartment with loads of space. Staff were very friendly. The breakfast wasn't great but was fine. There was no hair dryer as it was lost! Nothing major! |

Très bon emplacement à mi chemin entre la gare et la vieille ville. Notre chambre était sur l'arrière, très calme. Petit déjeuner correct. Pas de sèche cheveux dans la chambre ni de cabine de douche (baignoire). Décoration de la chambre succinte. |
