A very beautiful hotel, in a decent location. Staffs are trying very hard to be 'polite', answer all your questions in a nice way, although they are much more 'friendly' to each other as you can hear everywhere they are having good fun . Seems like this hotel is not for international travellers since most of the info about hotel you can find in room are in Polish only. A very nice design hotel, appears not too experience in hotel business, many things you will expect from a 5 stars hotel is missing. |

The hotel building is certainly 5 star and it has a great location. I was disappointed by the service in the hotel, service is not in line with the physical product, it is missing the refined service touch you are expecting in an international luxery hotel. The music is not of my taste, the breakfast could be better (more refined choice). |

the hotel staff was friendly and helpful; the rooms and bathroom were clean, nicely designed and good equipped (especially floor heating in the bathroom!); breakfast was a pleasure (quality goes over quantity; usually it is the other way round) and was served in a nice restaurant room |

Spa facilities, very comfortable bar area, spacious bedrooms with outstanding decor. Excellent standard of service and curtesy from the reception staff. Room service was poor on morning of arrival. Bathroom layout could be improved to give more privacy. Shower poorly designed in Room 304. Also being overlooked by neighbours in same room. |

Ciekawy design, ładna łazienka, hotel inny niż te sieciowe. Bardzo niski poziom obsługi, w pokoju brak kabla do internetu, wi-fi nie działa, brak lampki na biurku, brak mydła... jak na 5 gwiazdek to uważam że coś nie jest tak. |

Le grand calme, le jaccuzi dans la salle de bains et la magnhifique salle de estaurnt. Encore en "rôdage" : très peu de clients donc un peu mort, chambres très design et originales mais peu éclairées. |

spaziosa e elegante la stanza siamo stati veramente bene, la zona relax veramente carina e ben strutturata è stato veramente fastidioso il fatto che dal terzo giorno in poi le chiavi elettroniche non hanno più funzionato se non dopo essere passati alla reception. (probabilmente è un modo per evitare i non paganti, ma per gente onesta è stato veramente scocciante ed offensivo.) |

Mycket trevligt hotell med bra läge. Rummen höll mycket hög klass. Lyxig spa-avdelning. Bra personal vid frukosten och i baren. |

Het totale plaatje. Wij komen reeds sinds 1992 in Polen en hebben ook sinds 1992 overnacht in dit hotel.Meerdere malen is het hotel verbouwd. De onlangs uitgevoerde verbouwing,renovatie en resrauratie heeft een hotel opgeleverd dat je oneerbiedig uitgedrukt niet in Polen zou verwachten. Zo mooi. Duurzame materialen zijn veelvuldig toegepast. Veel marmer en natuursteen. Een prachtig dakterras, inclusief een goed restaurant en bar, biedt de mogelijkheid om over de prachtstad Wroclaw heen te kijken.Wij reizen veel en komen gemiddeld drie keer per jaar in Polen.Wij verbijven in meerdere hotels en moeten constateren dat dit hotel bij ons op één staat. Geen overdekte parkeergarage bij het hotel. |

Las habitaciones son muy grandes y totalmente nuevas, con todas las comodidades. La piscina y el spa son fantásticos, de diseño. El restaurante en el ático y las terrazas con el bar son un auténtico lujo. Las habitaciones y el hotel en general son un poco oscuros, quizá debido a que están totalmente condicionados al diseño del hotel. El personal del desayuno no encaja para nada con el resto del hotel por su falta de educación y desinterés por los clientes. Además, el surtido de productos es un poco escaso y poco variado. Debería ir mejorando con el tiempo. |
