Good value for money! Perfect location right in the city center. Friendly staff. Bus stop to the airport just 200m away.

All good, except that no towels provided, even though listed as included.

The location just perfect.The airport bus stop only 3 minute away.there are many restaurants and bar to chill out around.The room was clean. The kitchen is not so small ,yet not so big and fully equipped.

The sign of the hostel is not clearly visible.We were lucky to have a nice polish lady showing us the hostel.

Well heated, with large, clean rooms, high ceilings, good lighting and most importantly - a kind, English speaking staff, with at least one representative sitting at the check-in desk 24hrs/day. That's HUGE for checking in/ out very early or late.

No sheets on the bed, no shampoo or body soap in the showers - although, they DO provide towels, which is a huge perk.

A good attitude to guests.

The hostel is clean and quiet, there is a fully equipped kitchen. Not far from the central railway station.

The hostel is sort of in between the railwy and the old town. Quite a bit of walk to the latter. The hostel is definitely overpriced. Single room is way to expensive as for a modest student-dorm-like place like this. It is not a hotel after all to charge as for the hotel.

Location is great, our 3-bed room also, you have everything you need.

One of the employees was very unkind to us going over their authorizations. This is not a party hostel, so they will require from you to be very quiet, we didn't know that and didn't like it.

I've been really satisfied with Moon Hostel. The staff is friendly and available for questions and hints 24/24h, the rooms are nice, not too small and well furnished with wardrobes and towels available for free. The kitchen is well supplied as well and available at any moment, we've never found it crowded and always found empty tables and chairs. Toilets and showers are clean and well working. There's free wi-fi, sometimes a bit weak, and two computers available for everyone. The most important thing is the position: It's just in the middle of the town best sights, between Lazienki Palace, the Old Town, the Warsaw Ghetto and Praga quarter. We moved almost every time on foot. It's absolutely worth its low price, I couldn't think about a better hostel.

The only thing I didn't like, but it's a fineness, was the too high temperature in the room and, related to it, the impossibility to turn down the radiator.

It's located close to many shops and cafes, and within reasonable walking distance to the Culture Palace, where the central train, Metro, bus stations are. I stayed in a double room. It was basic but clean. It was't noisy at night despite close to bars. The girl at the Reception was very friendly. I bumped into her on the street after I checked out, she just finished work and on her way home, she recognised me and greeted me warmly. Very likely to visit again if I go back to Warsaw

Would prefer to have my own bathroom. But since it's a hostel, maybe it's too much to ask.

Cleaness and location

40 odd children stayed one night largely unsupervised. Water supply issues. I hope these instances were irregular.

Fantastic location. Hostel was excellent if a little difficult to locate. My private room was homely, clean and excellent value for money. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hostel in the slightest.

I stayed here for one night with friends. Locations is excellent - it`s near Novy Svjat street. Hostel is very clean. It has kitchen with fridge, free coffee and tea.

Staff were really friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and comfortable and location was great.

A very nice hostel! Amazing location, the building looks luxurious, easy access to public transport stops. Very friendly staff that speak English well. Cozy common room and convenient kitchen. Great wifi connection. Everything is clean, both rooms, bathrooms and common spaces. Surely recommended!

Very friendly personal, clean and not old-furnished roos, close to city center, shopping area, railway station. Ktchen with tea and coffee at your disposal

The rooms with windows that face the main street are VERY noisy because there are cafe and discos in the street. I think the other-side rooms are ok. The days we were here it was impossible to get to hostel because of road reparation.

I liked the clean kitchen and the clean bathroom in my room. The shower was very good.

I didn't like the noise in the street at night.

The hostel is in the center of the city. The position is very good: easy to get central station and historic center. The hostel is hospitable and clean.

Around the hostel there are many pub and it could be difficult sleeping during the night.
