The hotel was great! I really liked its design- it's very modern and comfortable. It's situated in a nice and quiet area, close to Kuźnice from where you have trails to Kasprowy and Giewont. The breakfast was great too. After hiking we could relax in the saunas and in the pool. I think all the rooms are actually apartments with a separate bedroom, living room and a kitchenette - at least ours was like that.

The only thing I could complain about is that there were limited hours when the pool was open - in the evenings it was closed at 9 pm - just the time we wanted to go there. It's a bit far from the center too but it's within a walking distance (about 30 minutes away)

Comfort, quiet location out of busy touristic centre, but close to it. We like especially the furnishing and the equipment of the rooms and a very nice view from the balcony.

We were missing the kitchen towels or some dish sponge and the sink in the kitchen was leaking. Hotel staff was not very interested to make our stay as pleasant as possible, there were no info about hotel facilities in the room. We can't use saunas as we were not aware that we need to let hotel staff know well ahead.

Very nice room which was actually an appartment with livingroom area, kitchen and seperate bedroom. Also nice swimmingpool with sauna. Free parking in the garage under hotel.

About 2.5 - 3 km from city center (Krupowki street), but if you have a car it is easy.

Great value, experience exceeded expectations for this price. Nice, pleasant staff with high hospitality and courtessy. Charming neiborhood just few steps to the mountain tracks.

Bar closed at 9pm, lack of coat hangers in rooms and at reception desk.

Very nice hotel, helpful staff. Large apartments, new fairly luxurious feel. The swimming-pool was perfect for us with kids.Value for money was in our case excellent, but it seems we found som introductory deal - the standard price proved to be more than twice what we payed.

Given that the apartments were so large, the limit to one extra bed per room is not for the guests' best benefit.

Zamawiając weekend dla 2dwojga dostaliśmy 2 oddzielne łóżka.

liczba programow TV. nocleg tylko w okresie promocji, cena 420zl. normalna to lekki szok. brak herbaty, kawy, cukru ale jest kuchenka, czajnik tylko do czego? Brak restauracji!!! wiec przyjazd po 18 konczy sie glodowka do 8 rano kiedy wydaja sniadania i to jest minus, czyli sniadania, nie ta firma nie ten poziom. czar prysnol. Uwaga jogurty z 2 dniowym terminem przydatnosci! Plusto ladne wyposazenie. Acha recepcja nie informuje ze mozna zjesc kolacje .... .

Notre passage a l hotel Murowanica a ete des plus agreables. Nous avons apprecie le confort, la gentillesse du personnel.

Pour nous, tout etait parfait.

Hotel jest przy ulicy, która jest wyłączona z ruchu. Kilkaset metrów przed hotelem znajduje się znak zakaz wjazdu na tą ulicę i brakuje jakiejkolwiek informacji, że zakaz nie dotyczy gości hotelowych.

to zależy , czym dla gościa jest pobyt w hotelu ( długi - krótki pobyt): typowy turysta z rodziną, z grupą, singl, para, (...); każda z tych ocen będzie inna; osobiście z żoną nie mamy zastrzeżeń; powodem wybrania tego hotelu była ciekawość - powierzchnia mieszkalna (apartament); byłem już w kilku hotelach zakopiańskich;

"w " hotelu nie; ale na zewnątrz TAK; brak szukanego przez wszystkich gości napisu RECEPCJA ; hotel schowany jest w zalesionym terenie i niezauważalny (!) poza tym na pierwszy rzut oka nie kojarzy się z hotelem od ulicy na Kuźnice a jego " okazałość" nie pasuje do Zakopanego - wgląda na wzszystko tylko nie hotel; gość nie wie gdzie się zatrzymać, gdzie wejście do recepcji ( koślawe logo HM przypomina chińskie krzaczki i nic innego), od ronda Jana P.II (zakaz ruchu - wjazdu), o mało nie zrezygnowałem z pobytu ; genaralnie marketing hotelowy - leży ! następnym razem nie bądzie mnie to razić - POLECAM !
