Very luxurious hotel for a very low price. Close to the airport as well (which was the reason for our stay). It can be hard to get to the airport during rush hour. |

The hotel was well situated and easy to find in a lovely small village near to Krakow Balice airport. The staff were very helpful and knowledgeable about the area. The room was excellent, clean, well appointed and exceptionally well presented. The bed in particular was extremelt comfortable. Breakfast was buffet style with a wide variety of food and fresh coffee was served. |

Very helpful staff, modern design and spacious rooms with good facilities. No air conditioning and not able to open windows at night because of insects. Can imagine it could be uncomfortable in summer. Also difficult to find so hotel should provide detailed directions on a website. |

friendly staff, comfortable room, location near the Airport just tip to put some special frames against mosquitos to present windows. Nice to have open window during night. |

Very good offer, especially for the price we paid. Fantastic, spacious rooms, very nice, calm surroundings, parking place. Close to the highway. Perfect place for some relax on the road or before/after the flight (close to the Cracow airport). |

miła obsługa, czysto, cicho, bezplatny parking pod hotelem, nie aż tak daleko do centrum krakowa, dobra cena za bardzo przyzwoity standard przeciekająca kabina prysznicowa, brak ciepłych dań na sniadanie |

Bardzo mily hotel i atrakcyjna cena. Ladnie urzadzony pokoj dwuosobowy z pieterkiem i sypialnia na gornym poziomie. Bardzo czysciutko. Ladny, estetyczny projekl lazienki. Sniadanie, choc platne, bardzo smaczne i dobra swieza kawa i inne napoje. Bardzo mily personel, gotowy z pomoca w kazdej chwili. Jedyna wada hotelu jest brak komunikacji na lotnisko w Balichach - choc jest ono zaledwie 3 km od hotelu, hotel nie oferuje transferow, i trzeba polegac na taksowkach, ktore kursuja w innych strefach oplat i stosunkowo sporo placi sie za droge trwajaca pare minut i odleglosc 3 km. Brakowalo mi mydla! Powinno byc do dyspozycji, a nie wylacznie plyn do kapieli, ktorym trudno myc rece. |

Lo elegí debido a su cercana ubicación al aeropuerto, ya que nos salía el vuelo temprano y no quería sorpresas,ni stress con los horarios.Una buena elección. Hotel pequeño, coqueto, nuevo y las habitaciones, aunque no muy grandes de diseño (estuve en 4* con peores habitaciones). Muy limpio y agradable. Cabe destacar que tiene un pequeño parking al aire libre sin cargo para el cliente. No, la relación Calidad/Precio ha sido de las mejores que me he encontrado a lo largo de mis viajes (reservé mediante una oferta por internet), aunque sin la opción de desayuno, ya que preferí desayunar en el Aeropuerto para así gestionar bien el tiempo. |
