Very helpful staff, modern design and spacious rooms with good facilities. No air conditioning and not able to open windows at night because of insects. Can imagine it could be uncomfortable in summer. Also difficult to find so hotel should provide detailed directions on a website. |

friendly staff, comfortable room, location near the Airport just tip to put some special frames against mosquitos to present windows. Nice to have open window during night. |

Very good offer, especially for the price we paid. Fantastic, spacious rooms, very nice, calm surroundings, parking place. Close to the highway. Perfect place for some relax on the road or before/after the flight (close to the Cracow airport). |

Modern hotel with good quality room. The staff were friendly and helpful. Its location was very poor and I would not recommend it as a hotel airport.It is very difficult to get to and if you ave to catch an early morning fligt back as we did, prepare to be totally ripped off by the taxi as you will have no alternative. It is actually cheaper and more convenient to be located in Krakow near the train station. |

The people were great to arrange breakfast and taxi times. Anything we needed information on, they've been very helpful and treated me very nicely which I value! 1. Wlan was too inconsistent. It lost its signal many times and is unreliable for the business user 2. no air conditioning! The hotel was stiflingly hot and nearly unbearable! If there could be a way to adjust the room temperature, I'd be very grateful! |

Convenient for the airport, and suitable for onward travel in Poland. Excellent local restaurant for late meal Would not be suitable for city visit, and taxi fare was too large. |

close to airport, no local taxi service had to travel from krakow you payed full price as if travelling from krakow.yet you are 3km from airport |

We booked an additional day at the Neohotel at the last minute. The staff juggled rooms to insure my handicapped 82 year old parents maintained their first floor room despite not having availability for the additional nite. My mother is blind and my father can barely walk. I love the staff because they made this juggling act transparent to my parents. Not a thing ... Stay here ... you'll love the people and location. |

This hotel is outstanding. It's new and located in the upscale part of Krakow. The manager and his staff were incredibly helpful. I hired one of the staff on her off-hours to translate for us when we went to visit my 82 year old mother's ancestral home. It was a very special few days at this hotel for my 82 year old parents and I. If I could give an excellent + rating, I would. The rooms are not quite finished, I didn't have a desk or chair in my room to work. (I work remotely via computer). Sitting on a big plush sofa in my split level loft room more than made up for this. |

Perfekcyjna lokalizacja: blisko do lotniska, blisko do centrum Krakowa i spokojne i ciche umiejscowienie hotelu. Hotel sprzyja wypoczynkowi ze wzgledu na spokoj panujacy dookola, doskonale wyposarzenie i czystosc i przyjemna atmosfere w samym hotelu:) |

Hotel ma veľmi dobru polohu v prípade potreby letiska, kvoli čomu sme to využili aj mi. S hotelom sme boli veľmi spokojný je moderne zariadený, čistý a nie veľmi veľký čo nám vyhovovalo. Služby hotela boli vynikajúce v rátane raňajok a odporúčali by sme ho aj známym. Dúfam že v buducnosti ho ešte niekoľko krát využijeme s pozdravom Peter Tyšš, Bardejov. |
