Very good location and very friendly staff, who don't have problems with speak english. My room was very comfortable and clean. First morning, I have to leave very early, before the restaurant opens, and because of that, they prepared me take-away breakfast. Very good service! I was a little disappointed with hotel restaurant Scandinavia. Their a la carte offer is pretty poor, meals very very small. After first dish, I was still hungry. But however, food is very well prepared, self serviced breakfast is also excellent!

Just the fact that it was just couple of meters from my sisters house. Well let's start with the fact that as for 3 star hotel it's very basic. No iron and board in the room, not tea/coffe making facilities, very dark room, breakfast was not good at all basic and at 10 o'clock most of the good was gone, and I think that if you are serving food till 10.30 it should be kept untill 10:30.

- The room was very nice - the beds were comfy - the breakfast buffet was very rich in types of food ! - The electricity plugs were hidden and difficult to reach them (one was under the bed!). For an old person would be very hard to reach them - the reception stuff weren't speaking English very good. But we could understand to each other.

It' just one very nice hotel to stay. All i need to find in a hotel. I got connected to Internet in our room Real good breakfast. Interesting with all the posters on the walls. Generally it's hard to get around with English in Kolobrzeg, but fairly easy at New Skanpol. Bankomat at the door step. You do offer a safe for valuables, but I like to have one in my room. How about if you include this in some rooms and charg a symbolic additional fee for thees rooms? I feel like I bother people when I ask to get into my safe downstairs.

Die Lage im Zentrum ist gut, das Hotel ist auf einem mittleren Level stehen geblieben. Keine Postmöglichkeiten, keine Kenntnis einiger Mitarbeiter, wo sich eine Postbox befindet. ( Nähe Post ca. 200 m) Keine öffentliche Telefonzelle vorhanden, ebenfalls der Hinweis: Überall in den Straßen stehen Telefonzellen!! Ich war schon 1975 in dem Hotel. Viel hat sich nicht verändert!!

Lokalizacja- doskonała. Profesjonalna obsługa hotelowa, B.miłe I przyjazne Panie w Recepcji. Pokój- czysty, przytulny, z ładnym widokiem na park. łAzienka funkcjonalna, z dużą kabiną prysznicową. Bardzo dobre śniadania- urozmaicone I ładnie podane. Duży plus za bogatą ofertę programów tv. Pobyt uważam za bardzo udany I chętnie będę tu wracać. Hotel godny polecenia.

Bardzo nam sie podobal spokoj, dyskretna kulturalna obsluga, sympatyczni pracownicy recepcji. Ogolnie mowiac po 5 pobytach w Aqariusie u Pana Marczaka mamy ochote wrocic do hotelu New Skanpol polecajac Panstwa hotel innym, potencjalnym uzytkownikom. Z pozdrowieniami Wieslaw Jan I Wieslawa Radziej. Nie podobali nam sie chlopcy krecacy sie wokol hotelu mowiacy jezykiem zrozumialym tylko dla polakow.

Bardzo przyjazna obsługa, począwszy od recepcji, przez restauracje, bar a na paniach sprzątających kończąc. śWietna stała wystawa sztuki plakatowej na ścianach holu I części gastronomicznych. Przyjemna część śniadaniowa, nastrojowy bar I kawiarnia z wygodnymi krwistoczerwonymi sofami. Fajny widok, szczególnie w nocy, na część parkową. Czuć, że część noclegowa jest tylko podrasowaną I stuningowaną wersją PRL-owskiego "luksusu" (na szczęście nie odniesiemy tego wrażenia do pozostałych części hotelu). Szkoda, że inwestor nie podjął trudu dokonania większych zmian w pokojach. śNiadania podawane są nienaganny sposób, ale jakość asortymentu (wędliny, sery) to raczej półka dyskontowa - niemniej spokojnie można skomponować pyszny I pożywny posiłek.

Sehr gutes Preis - Leistungsverhältnis; Kundenwünsche werden gerne erfüllt Mangels einer Alternative haben wir am Weihnachtsabendessen im Hotel teilgenommen und wurden als Individualreisende, die Polen sehr lieben, an einen Tisch mit etwas einsilbigen Rentner- und Kurreisenden aus Deutschland gesetzt, wo die Stimmung einsilbig blieb. Vom Hotel war die Weihnachtsfeier gut organisiert, zum Abendessen gehörte allerdings nur ein (!) Glas Wein. Dadurch blieb es tatsächlich nüchtern. Dies wollen wir - wir hatten keine Vollpension - zukünfig umgehen.

Wir durften unseren gut erzogenen Hund mit ins Hotelzimmer nehmen. Personal der Rezeption war sehr gut. Hilfe bei Reservierungen... Restaurantküche bei alacart gut. Servierung war schnell und korrekt. Würden im Frühjahrt für eine Woche mit Freunden wiederkommen, wenn nachts im Hotel Ruhe herrschen würde. (Siehe nachfolgenden Block) Wir wohnten an einem Freitag im Zimmer 224. Nachts um 01:00 Uhr wurde genau im Zimmer unter uns fürchtbarer Lärm von alkoholisierten Gästen (ca. 4 Personen) begangen. Ca. zwei Stunden dauerte diese Zustand. Unsere Freunde aus Zimmer 222 und 223 können den Vorgang bestätigen.

Beliggenheden er fremragende . . tæt på by med shoppingmuligheder og tæt på skov og strand. Fremragende. Hotelpersonalet er smilende og venligt - og man føler sig i den grad hjemme på stedet.

Vi hyggede, havde det dejligt, afslappende, familien samledes I hyggelige rammer og håber det igen kan lade sig gøre næste år. Men vi skal nok være en måned tidligere, på den, næste gang Min søn blev lidt for forelsket I Jensen bar, samt den søde bartender

Jestem trochę rozczarowana,brudne okno w pokoju, zaschniętę pewnie zabite przez poprzednich gości muchy na firanie, firana pomięta i brudna. Pokój dla niepalących,ale w łazience śmierdziało papierosami, spoiny w płytkach w łazience należy odremontować. Okropny,nieestetyczny kosz na śmieci usytuowany pod biurkiem w okolicy głowy przy łóżku. Nawet o tym nie mówiłam swoim znajomym, bo mi głupio

Am besten war das Frühstück: sehr vielfältig; für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei! Das Zimmer roch muffig und das Bad war schmutzig! Die Damen am Empfang sind sehr frostig. Habe noch nie so einen unfreundlichen Empfang erlebt!
