Purtroppo è praticamente senza reception, il portone d'ingresso, la sua chiusura ,è a discrezione dei clienti e una sera rientrando alle 23 abbiamo trovato due persone che dormivano sulle scale e non erano clienti

Large rooms. Enjoyable balcony.

We've already stayed in this hotel on 4 occasions and each time we love it. It's perfectly located right in the center of town, next to a fabulous restaurant and very close to the trams. The rooms are extremely large. Bed is very comfortable. Very clean and fairly quiet for being so close to the center. Their staff is extremely helpful with any requests - such as help confirming flight reservations, printing boarding passes, carring luggage up stairs, arranging transportation etc. We will continue to stay here for our visits to Krakow. FABULOUS PRICE & VALUE!!

Only the stairs were an little challenging for us, but that's to be expected in a building of this age. If you have physical limitations you may want a lower floor or consider another location, but the staff is very helpful (during the working hours) with luggage. There's no fancy lobby or entrance if that's a priority for you, but once you get to the room it's wonderful and the proximity to everything makes up for this.

It had everything I needed for a very attractive price, in the centre of town. Large, comfortable rooms.

We found it a bit hard to get in when we arrived at night - perhaps we were told to ask next door but forgot? Anyway, we weren't sure at first what to do to get a key! Minor details - the clock and fridge in the room where really noisy so we had to unplug both in order to sleep.

The friendlyness, location, price. We had a wonderfull time.

We are very light sleepers, and were initially a little worried about noise from the market square or unpleasant smells from vent outside the room (after reading some previous reviews). We are very happy to say that the restaurant vent outside the room wasn't a problem at all - not a sound, no unpleasant odors, nothing at all. Room and bathroom were very comfortable, radiators worked perfectly, and we had great sleep every single night. Hotel staff were excellent! Rooms were cleaned spotless on a daily basis, and staff were very good at recommending places to see, things to do, and could even order a taxi to the airport at a much cheaper price. Location couldn't be better, located on one of the more pleasant and calm streets radiating from the market square. We could get food, drinks, and money changers easily. Breakfast was breads with butter and jam, eggs, ham, cheese, yoghurt, coffee, tea, and juice. Would highly recommend.

Very central, great appartment, very friendly people.

Me and my partner had a brief, two night stay at the Nordic House Apartments. The location is as central as it gets - just around the corner from the Rynek Główny - the main square. We arrived late and the key was left waiting for us in the sushi restaurant next door. We found a spacious, nicely furnished room with a large bathroom. It included a TV set, wireless internet connection, a fridge and a kettle. Everything was superbly clean. Breakfast was the basic continental and plentiful. It is absolutely best value one could expect at this price range.

There are couple of downsides. Given that there's no elevator in the house, one should come prepared for the long winding staircase between the second floor where the apartments are located and the cellar where the breakfast is served. Our apartment also leaves room for improvement - there's a restaurant vent running in front of the room window that hums and leaks a slight, hunger-inducing smell of grill until midnight. There's a fridge in the room that produces a lot of noise (we didn't use it, so we unplugged it).

Nordic House Apartments cannot be better located. It's great place to stay while doing the city sight-seeing. I'll be tempted to stay there the next time while visiting Krakow.
