Decent location,10 minute walk to city centre and handy for Spodek Stadium where we were going to see a concert. All staff spoke some English. Usual Novotel high standard. |

The view on the city centre is very nice; also breakfast seems to be very interesting and various. Towels were missing in the room, not a good thing for a 4 stars hotel... |

Hotel is dated. Decor was tired in tenth floor room - did not justify 4 star rating, particularly when compared with other 4 star Polish hotels - refurbishment would be recommended. Towels only provided for one occupant - yet it was a double for 2 people. Map provided on Hotel website was misleading re location. Top prices, yet not a modern hotel. |

Good comfortable hotel. 10min walk to the town centre, but easy to reach by car, coming from the airport. Reasonable price for an European traveller, but higher than similar hotels in the area. |

Breakfast was very good - many things to choose from. Dinner (roomservice) was good and fast The room temperature was way too high. I started the A/C at 18H00 and it did not cool the room to a decent temp before after midnight some time. |

O wyborze hotelu zdecydowała lokalizacja w pobliżu Katowickiego Spodka, dostępność i możliwość internetowej rezerwacji kilku pokoi dla grupy zaprzyjaźnionych fanów wybierających się tam na koncert Rammstein. Gorące pokoncertowe forum dyskusyjne dzięki dźwiękoszczelności drzwi i ścian nie poszerzyło się ani o służby pożądkowe, ani o obsługę hotelu. Pozdrawiam wszystkich fanów Rammstein, stanowiących chyba większość gości Hotelu w dn. 27-11-2009. Śniadanie OK, B. miły Pan przy wejściu do restauracji. Jacuzzi kaput! Zamknięty na klucz minibar oraz "szkło". |

Otrzymałem pokój dla niepalących,a zamawiałem dla palących,w opisie pokoju był kącik do zrobienia kawy lub herbaty i czajnik elektryczny,w rzeczywistosci tego nie było.Zamawiałem 4 pokoje z łózkami pojedynczymi a otrzymałem z łóżkami podwójnymi,co spowodowało,że ojciec z dorosłym synem,oraz dwaj dorosli bracia musieli spać na jednym łóżku,pod jedną kołdrą.Skandal!!! |

wszystko jest OK - blisko Spodka - pieszo 8 min - świetny gdy w Spodku jest jakaś impreza. Bardzo smaczna kuchnia, miła obsługa. Dobrze że jest basen i sauna choć malutka(dziwny podział - panie - panowie) - i w jednej pełno a w drugiej pusto!! potwierdzam z wcześniejszych opinii - pierwszy raz widziałem zamykany barek w pokoju na klucz !!!! - duży minus dla hotelu |

Bliskość spodka. 1) Długie oczekiwanie w kolejce do recepcji podczas check-inu. 2) Za mało miejsc dosiedzenia w okolicy baru w stosunku do liczby chętnych (późnym wieczorem, po koncercie w Spodku). |

Perfekcyjny dział recepcji. To od tych ludzi zależy pierwsze wrażenie. W momencie pojawienia się problemu oni go wręcz neutralizują. Generalnie bardzo sympatyczna obsługa w recepcji, w restauracji, na basenie i room service. Może nie tyle nie podobało. Brakuje mi w tym hotelu kiosku/sklepu w którym można by było kupić prasę, pastę czy upominki. |

Jedynie położenie i lokalizacja , pomimo iż hotel znajduje się w centrum miasta nie słyszy się odgłosów z ulicy co jest dużym plusem...Sauna i centrum fitness oraz mini basen ..... Cena niestety zbyt wygórowana, śniadanie nie wliczone w cenę do tego wszystkiego zamknięty barek, pobieranie opłaty za pobyt zanim zjawisz się w hotelu... |
