Breakfast was very good - many things to choose from. Dinner (roomservice) was good and fast The room temperature was way too high. I started the A/C at 18H00 and it did not cool the room to a decent temp before after midnight some time. |

The staff - the guy who managed the fitness centre was really nice although the facilities were awful Poor location, rooms were far too small, the fitness centre was awful & the menu for the restaurant & room service was the worst I have experienced anywhere in Europe. The quality of the room service food was very poor. |

Jsem v hotelu již pravidelným hostem a služby jsou vždy na standartně velmi dobré úrovni. Chyběla mi dole v hale prodejna květin a potřeboval jsem vyžehlit kalhoty, ale fungují použe 2 místnosti a každý si může vyžehlit svoje věci sám , což v mém případě není to pravé , neb jsem žehličku v životě nedržel |
