The rooms were nice. The price was too high, considering the standard of the hotel. Also, the pool and sauna were under renovation, yet the price was not reduced. Also, the breakfast was poor. There were a lot of choices, but the quality of ther food itself was bad. This isn't acceptable, since we paid extra for the breakfast. A breakfast of this quality should be free. |

I have stayed there before and the room is large, comfortable and clean. Staff could be friendlier. |

Hotel was clean and very convenient to attend AMBERIF 2009. I like the staff at the front desk, they are very friendly and informative I do not like the hair dryer in the hotel, it is placed too high up on the wall and it would shut off and not stay on. One of the guests from Great Britain did not know that the hotel room was equipped with a hair dryer till someone told him about it. If you see it on the wall you cannot tell it is a hair dryer. |

Great pool and excellent breakfasts. Right on sea front so easy for swimming and lazing. An easy and interesting walk to Sopot which was lovely. Very near to tram for Gdansk which was also a great day out. Definitely the place to stay to enjoy something of everything. We did have a car though which meant that we could go out each evening to find somewhere good to eat. Shame that the saunas were male/female - we prefer mixed so we can relax together. Having car was good as very few restaurants really close to hotel. |

The hotel has so many amenities, including a pool, sauna and tennis courts, and is located on a beautiful clean white sand beach on the Baltic Sea. There is no place to buy a soda or any groceries nearby. You must shop elsewhere if you want to bring food or drink back to the hotel. Otherwise, you must eat in the dining room. |

Hotel is situated on the beach. Indoor swimming pleased our children and the sauna was good. Service-minded hotel receptionists. Breakfast should be included into prise. My children 12 and 10 could been fit to our room instead of taking an own room for them. Extra bed's width was 120 cm. |

Fin utsikt från hotellet och fina promenadområden. Dyr minibar. Synd att inte poolen gick att använda då det var en av anledningarna till att vi valde Novotel. Det borde ha uppdaterats i faciliteterna att man inte hade pool under den tid som den renoverades. |
