Muito longe do centro da cidade.Sem ar condicionado nos quartos.Grande confusão nos corredores com artigos de praia espalhados no chão e imensos carros de bebe nos acessos aos quartos.

Atençao ao preço enganador da estadia.Não inclui Peq Alm.PA, caro: (11 euros por pessoa) pago à parte,,o que quase duplica o preço da estadia.E caso raro:Pediram o dinheiro no proprio restaurante, logo á entrada e antes de se ter tomado o PA.

Poor service at the bar area

I liked the location, close to the see and Sopot and half an hour on the tram to Gdansk. The breakfast was great.

was misguided by the hotels website, promising A/C, hi-fi, etc. had room booked with sofa and did not find one. 2 single beds instead of queen size bed. paid for parking, said was free. no facilities inn room as promised,, no kettle either.

Relaxed during the day and went out in evenign to bars/clubs

the beds are really poor. 3rd time i have stayed at this hotel and always the same problem.

The rooms were nice.

The price was too high, considering the standard of the hotel. Also, the pool and sauna were under renovation, yet the price was not reduced. Also, the breakfast was poor. There were a lot of choices, but the quality of ther food itself was bad. This isn't acceptable, since we paid extra for the breakfast. A breakfast of this quality should be free.

Hotel was clean and very convenient to attend AMBERIF 2009. I like the staff at the front desk, they are very friendly and informative

I do not like the hair dryer in the hotel, it is placed too high up on the wall and it would shut off and not stay on. One of the guests from Great Britain did not know that the hotel room was equipped with a hair dryer till someone told him about it. If you see it on the wall you cannot tell it is a hair dryer.

Freundliches Personal. Reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet. Sauberes Zimmer (zumindsest in der 2. Etage, oberen Stockwerke werden aktuell wohl noch renoviert). Gepflegter Swimmingpool- und Saunabereich. Preigünstiges Tennisangebot. Nähe zum echt sauberen Ostseestrand.

Wenig Leben im Hotel. Nur eine Hotelbar in der Lobby. Alternativ wäre zu überlegen, die Bar mit einem etwas ausgestalteten Rahmenprogramm in den vorhandenen Barbereich im Keller zu verlegen.

Zdecydowanym plusem hotelu jest jego lokalizacja przy samej plaży, widok z pokoju na morze, dobry dojazd oraz cicha okolica.

Nie podobało mi się, że basen był otwierany dopiero o godz. 10.00 wobec czego nie było żadnej szansy skorzystania z niego przed śniadaniem :( Podobnie drink bar było otwierany bardzo późno i dość szybko zamykany (ok 24.00)

Sehr gute Verkehrsanbindung an die Stadt (Tramstation in der Nähe), trotzdem am Strand gelegen und ruhig, bewachter Parkplatz.Preis-Leistungsverhältnis in Ordnung

Łatwy dojazd i bliskość morza. Miła obsługa.

Tak. Brak klimatyzacji - duszno i gorąco. Na korytarzu jak na plaży - piach, materace, pontony, zabawki. Sprzątanie pokoju raczej dostateczne. Kiepska kuchnia. Brak parkingu.

Emme saaneet huonetta jonka olimme varanneet, vaan saimme huonomman huoneen, tästä valittaessamme oli henkilökunta töykeää, mutta vaihtoivat huoneemme seuraavaksi yöksin. Emme silloinkaan saaneet tilaamaamme huonetta. Hotelli 80-lukuvun tyyliä, vanhanaikainen ja palvelu töykeää. Ainoa mukavuus huoneessa oli televisio. Ei juuri mitään hyvää sanottavaa hotellista. Yövyimme myös Gdanskissa Novotel hotellissa joka oli täysin eri tasoa, huomaattavasti parempi.

Hotellista jäi tosi huono mielikuva. Ei lähelläkään Hotel Novotel Gdansk Centrumin tasoa.
