The Hotel is great value for money, very clean, a nice little bar and friendly staff. I would recommend this Hotel to my friends. It would be good to provide milk for tea in the rooms- and maybe a biscuit. |

It was central to the area. From overseas it appeared a reasonable place to stay while visiting relatives. There was no switch to turn off the light near the wardrobe, so had to turn the power off to get a good night's sleep.I didn't like the milk substitute provided with the tea-making facilities.I was disappointed to have the bar fridge locked as I wanted to put items in the fridge. |

Central location, convenient for rail station and only 10 minutes walk from the historic quarter, modern bedrooms with good facilities, good buffet breakfast, helpful reception staff nothing disliked but as the building dates from the late communist era, the high ceilings in the reception, main hallway and breakfast and bar areas give a somewhat impersonal atmosphere. |

Good location in Poznan. Clean and quiet hotel. Reasonable price for the quality of the hotel. Bed was hard. Rooms hold a max of three people. Business center was always closed or broken. |

Although we didn't arrive until nearly 3AM, we were greeted by friendly, efficient staff, and were in our room within a few minutes. There was a superb buffet breakfast included in our deal. Good central location, roughly midway between the old town and railway station. Due to a very low occupancy of the hotel, atmosphere was rather lacking. Due to finding a very good traditional restaurant in town, at a cheaper cost than the hotel, we didn't use the hotel restaurant or bar in the evening. |

Location is excellent for city centre shopping and visiting the exhibition centre A bit pricey, would work out expensive for a family stay. |

I know Poznan is expensive because of its exibitions etc, but to charge €175 per night for what is little more than a Travel Lodge is taking the proverbial. It describes a gym, this is two rusty pold bikes. Then to ask another €16 for breakfast uis really rubbing it in. Everything, it is obvious that the staff here are not yet trained to Novotel standards. |

Clean and Tidy. Breakfast excellant and value for money, staff very helpful due to dietry needs - gluten free food required. Access was poor (Front entrance) due to possible building works / building site next door - lack of street signage from main road. Restaurant expensive which explained why it always seemed empty. Cheaper to eat in the shopping centre opposite. |

The hotel has a great location - only 10 mins walk from both the Central Station and the Old Town, close to tram and bus links.. Opposite the hotel is the huge Stary Bowar shopping mall. |
