It was quite convenient and clean. Also it is close to the centre of the city and thus gives you the opportunity to rest even when being on a business trip. |

Requests for items such as extra clothes hangers and bedding were dealt with very quickly. Standard Room Service menu is exactly the same as that for the hotel restaurant - one reason for wanting room service is that one would like a simpler/smaller meal. |

Clean, modern, freindly and good value. I arrived on foot from the train station and had trouble finding the entrance - had to take a detor via the basement service yard!!! The breakfast restaurant was a very long walk via the banqueting suit from the lifts. |

The smell in the bathroom....... It could be nice if they can put some nice small and wash the towells also in smoothing, smelling liquid........ Like they do in all the hotels of this category all over the world. They tried also to put to my bill at the last day, the invoice from restaurant which wasn`t mine!!! And the signature wasn`t mine....... Not good for reputation of such hotel |

Front desk service excellent. Room valet excellent. Very good breakfast if a little pricey. Good location for shops and entertainment. Noise from the forced air blowers from the hotel opposite. Would affect light sleepers in rooms on that side of the hotel. |

Hotel is conveniently located within easy walking distance of the central square. Nothing special but no faults either. Pleasant staff. |

The hotel was very central and close to the Malta lake - which was the reason for my visit. The reception staff were not very helpful. The restaurant was also used by people as an entrance to other facilities at the hotel. This was very disruptive and spoiled the enjoyment of my meal. |

i enjoyed the views out the window, especially from the top floor where you could get a good city view all round via the lift/ corridor windows. I found the breakfast restaurant to be relaxing and enjoyable. Lack of milk in room for making tea. The powder milk was not very tasty. |

The hotel was centrally located. The staff was very professional. Rooms were clean. The furniture and decor were nice. The breakfast included many choices. This hotel was very impersonal. It is a huge building, with long corridors and hundreds of doors. I didn't find it to be romantic or cute. |

The Hotel is great value for money, very clean, a nice little bar and friendly staff. I would recommend this Hotel to my friends. It would be good to provide milk for tea in the rooms- and maybe a biscuit. |

It was central to the area. From overseas it appeared a reasonable place to stay while visiting relatives. There was no switch to turn off the light near the wardrobe, so had to turn the power off to get a good night's sleep.I didn't like the milk substitute provided with the tea-making facilities.I was disappointed to have the bar fridge locked as I wanted to put items in the fridge. |

Central location, convenient for rail station and only 10 minutes walk from the historic quarter, modern bedrooms with good facilities, good buffet breakfast, helpful reception staff nothing disliked but as the building dates from the late communist era, the high ceilings in the reception, main hallway and breakfast and bar areas give a somewhat impersonal atmosphere. |
