The hotel has a great location - only 10 mins walk from both the Central Station and the Old Town, close to tram and bus links.. Opposite the hotel is the huge Stary Bowar shopping mall. |

Close to Poznan Fairs I was waiting for check out 40 minutes. Other gasts were furies, because they were in harry for trains and plains. |

I checked in late, was catching an early flight the next day. It was great to be able to still get room service at the time I arrived there which was almost 23.00hrs. The parking lot was closed, and no mention had been made of this. I had no option but to seek parking elsewhere when parking availability had been one of the reasons I chose the hotel. Also it was extremely expensive for the time that I stayed there. €150 is quite a lot for a non-five star hotel. |

Ceilings were covered with cobwebs which were clearly visible due to the dirt fro the air conditioning unit. room was not serviced during my 2 day visit. |

the breakfast, internet availability in the rooms, location Over priced, its an old hotel with old mattress's, bathroom facilities/amenities could be improved, certainly not Novotel standard!Often forget to bring new water bottles, replace shower gels or fresh towels. |

Hotel would not provide bar. There was a large group of us staying there but still hotel said insufficient to justify opening bar! unbelievable! |
