Nice Hotel, very helpful as they had no record for our booking. No record of our booking.......all of the other hotels we used did not have any problems. Tried to charge us for breakfast after showing the booking conceded to the orginal booking as per Booking.com. |

Service I reserved this hotel through Booking.com but at the reception, they did not believe the rate. So, i spent almost 45mn with them making copies of the reservation and have them checking it. Waste of time. Otherwise, great place to stay. |

The hotel location is center of city, so it is good for sightseeing. It was difficult to find a car park. So it is better to prepare traffic sigh near the hotel. |

Price (I booked through booking.com) was super. The hotel is located very close to the central shopping mall, pedestrian zone, the metro, bus and tram. The pancakes (breakfast) were excellent. The coffee machine in the restaurant (gigantic nespresso) did not always work. Only two choices of coffee. The outlet for foamed milk looked filthy. The fruit salad was absolutely tasteless. The hotel taxi we accidentally took on the way to the airport charged 50% more than a usual taxi. |

An excellent hotel well up to Novotel's usual standards which looks even better against the backdrop of bleary, communist era Warsaw |

The hotel is located at the very heart of Warsaw, which is excellent for downtown walks. The hotel can get crowded with large groups booking in at once. The lifts are hard to operate for some (use swipecard first, then select your level). The restaurant can get very crowded; it's not the relaxing place you are hoping for in the morning. Good thing is that the hotel offers a continental breakfast room-service at no additional cost (very good). |

Location in the middle of Warsaw. The nearest stop of the airport bus is about 20 meters from the doors. Very good breakfast was available until 10.30 a.m. The scene from the room was nice. Free internet (30min) in the lobby. English wasn´t a problem with the hotel staff. The average age among the hotel guests seemed to be 50-70 years. My reservation wasn´t clear when I arreived and I had to wait. The officer advised me to the bar but didn´t give me a free coffee etc. I went out because people were smoking in the bar like usually in Poland. The restaurant staff were little bit hurry. |

The room was clean and there was enough space. Bottles of mineral water, coffee and tea were free available. In the bathroom was plenty of showergel and soap. The hotel is a skyscraper and my first room was very high (30th floor). Because I was a bit scared (in case of fire) I asked for another room more downstairs in the hotel. The second room was on the 3th floor, but there was too much traffic noise from outside. It was not relaxed. |
