The hotel was very easy to find as it sits right in the centre of the city, all staff were very pleasant and the hotel was in a good position to do sightseeing from. Very good.

Location, the cleaning staff was nice.

Noise carrid into rooms, I culd not sleep for 2 nights; no information desk to help guests with queries (some staff walking about were hepful)

Convenient location

Lack of tea/coffee making facilities. For the return trip to Warsaw Airport, the hotel arranged a taxi which charged a ridiculous 100 Polish Zlotis - the reason given was it was a Sunday - this condition was never published to the customer prior to the trip, ie no notice in the cab or advise from hotel staff - this is unacceptable service when compared with the Friday's transfer fare of 34 Zlotis.

nothing special in terms of its price and rating (claiming 4 stars).

1. Many errors on the bill: overcharge and double charge. 2. I asked for a taxi and they gave me their own car and charged me almost triple the fare.

I liked the positioning of the hotel, its quite good achievable.

i didnt like, that it was quite cold in the room, the bed wasnt as comfortable, as in other 4 star hotels and there were no bathrobe in the sauna...

Got hotel taxi to office which was over twice the price of normal taxi

Location close to the centre. Rooms are neat and clean with enough space. Huge and rich breakfasts. Hotel lobby gives you enough space to meet people. Magnificent view of Warsaw from higher floors.

Expensive hotel restaurant. Extremely expensive breakfast, even much more expensive in comparison to rates in other 4-star hotels in Western Europe.

Free internet access in the rooms

The hotel had reduced amenities in the room from the last time I had visited it on September (no more free bottled water or free pay tv).
