各部屋でのインターネット接続が無料という条件は今後も残してほしい。また、クリーニング・スタッフの仕事もすばやく、丁寧であった。 セキュリティ目的のエレベーターでのカード・チェックはいちいち面倒であり、代替措置としてのセキュリティ方策を検討してほしい。 |

フロントで紹介されたホテルタクシーを利用して空港まで行った。フロントでは「空港までは60zl」と言われていたのに、日本人だという話をしたからか運転手に80ｚｌも請求された。高すぎ・・・。 |

５泊したが、飲み水（ペットボトル）が最初の日だけしかなかった。帰りに空港までホテルタクシー（NOVOTELのサインが屋根についているタクシー）を利用したが、６０ズオーチと一般のタクシーに比べて非常に高かった。現地の人にホテルタクシーは絶対使うなと言われていたけれど、他にタクシーがなくて仕方なく乗ったが、ホテルタクシーの方が高いなんて我々の常識では考えられないので要注意。 |

internet wlan didn't work. The chamber given first was not the one booked, but of a inferior quality-had to go and change it. Was not able to provide the bill at the end of the stay because of some internal organisational problems... |

V.good location. Hotel advertised as a 4-star - clearly not, should be rated as a 3-star. Cheap looking bed covers and furniture. Pillows horrible. Not your usual compliment of toilitries in the bathroom i.e. no hair conditioner. Staff not overly friendly, but perhaps cultural differences.-did feel like a warm experience. Wouldn't be in a hurry to return. |

The location of hotel is good as we can move any places around the city. There was no parking for guests for short term basis. |

A clean and welcoming business style hotel. Perfect for city breaks. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was OK, even if a little expensive. Information on car parking is incorrect. There is no parking on site. You have the choice of parking in the street or in a parking garage very close to the hotel. The parking garage costs approx 25 Euros per day. |

There were no bad surprises! The main qualities expected of a hotel were all there - location, cleanliness, efficient staff. Restaurant and room service are also way above average. This hotel should provide free wi-fi. |
