Location was excellent as well as the cleanliness of the rooms. We were uppgraded to a superior room at the higher floors so we were very pleased on the accommodation itself

The key card system were problematic and fluctuant. The keys stopped to work twice and we needed to ride the elevator back to the reception, que there and then try again to get to the room.

The location - my girlfriend had a training in Warsaw, so the hotel was chosen by her company, however, I did enjoy the location - not far from the city center + a very good breakfast

No swiming pool, which was a disappointment taking into consideartion hot weather + the towels were changed NOT every day, which is also strange for me. The whole hotel is covered with a perforated orange film, so it is difficult to see something through the windows, which doesn't open((

Staff was wonderful. They were patient with all our needs and helped us when we had problems. Everytim we asked for something, they were prompt and pleasant. Would stay there again.

The location of the hotel was great. Very close main station and other public transportation. The staff was helpful and very well instructed. Internet connection was fast and breakfast was rich and well organized

I did not like the dualism in the hotel rooms. We stayed in the old fashioned rooms which were very old. As if there was a time machine and we were staying in a good hotel in the 70s. Everything was clean but either you revised all rooms or don't do it at all. When you enter the hotel, you think you will be staying in rooms that has same the concept with the rest of the hotel. You dont! So be careful and when book a room, try to book the newly furnished and fashioned ones. At least then it worths the money you pay for!

We've stayed there 3 times now. Each time the staff were vert helpful and polite, the room clean and comfortable and the hotel location is excellent for our needs. This time we arrived just before Easter and received 2 'mazurkas' while checking in: a traditional Polish Easter cake which was delicious.

On the previous 2 occasions we couldn't fault the hotel at all. This timeN we couldn't set the temperature in the room the way we wanted it, so it was a bit too hot for us. However, I'm sure hotel staff would have sorted it out, had we reported it.

In a whole it was ok.

I liked everything more or less. Was suprised why the staff did not renew the resourses of water /tea/coffe/shampoo in the room, why cleaning only once within three days? What was unpleasant - could not use internet in my room- cable did not work and wireless was too slow - one grade out of 5 possible signals, could not talk with my family and use skype.

This is a fantastic hotel. The staff are very friendly and do their absolute best to make you feel welcome. The rooms are immaculate and the hotel is in a perfect location in the heart of the city centre. It is so easy to find as it stands out in the distance. Value for money is great especially if you get a room on a high floor with a wonderful view of the city.

It is a quiet hotel and very nice location close to the main train station and the Place of Culture and Technology Museum. Staff at restaurant and reception are very helpful and always smiling. The best thing is it provides high speed Internet and tea & coffee maker. In short it is nice hotel comparing with the price I paid.

Tv does not include international channels and very small.
