The hotel’s restaurant and bar offers dishes from the Wielkopolska region, as well as specialities of the Karkonosze Mountains. European and other types of cuisine are also available. A wide range of alcoholic beverages and soft drinks is available from the bar, including a rich assortment of wines and cocktails. Dining is available in the restaurant and bar itself, or on the terrace outside, with its beautiful views of the Sniezka Mountain.
The hotel has 44 well-appointed comfortable rooms – singles, doubles, and three-bed and four-bed rooms. All the rooms are decorated in warm pastel colours to promote rest, relaxation and rejuvenation.
The Wang Sanctuary is the oldest wooden building in Poland. It was built in the 13th century with wood brought from South Norway. The Sanctuary is constructed according to the traditional patterns of Scandinavian temples, which combine elements of Roman architecture with Nordic tradition.
The Sports and Tourism Museum of the Karkonosze region is fascinating for anyone interested in the history of the town - from its well-known past as a mining town to its perhaps more surprising history as a popular place for a variety of herbs.
The toy museum has many precious and well-preserved exhibits and Western City and Circusland in Miłków provide further entertainment for youngsters.
The area is also, of course, famous for its winter sports and the Karpacz region remains snow bound until late spring and sometimes even until April. Skiers will find ideal conditions on the numerous slopes and long skiing routes – the slopes cater for all abilities from the beginner to the advanced. The hotel is a great base for winter sports enthusiasts and can store skis, snowboards and ski boots.
For ski jump enthusiasts Orlinek ski-jump is renowned for the championships it once used to host.
Other winter sports are also available in the region with the nearby luge track and ice rink.

Das Hotel war sauber und machte einen freundlichen Eindruck. Der Parkplatz war ausreichend und durch ein automatisches Tor abgeschlossen. Das Hotel verfügte über einen Fahrstuhl (für ältere Leute). a) Für ältere Menschen sind die Duschen in den Zimmern einfach zu klein. b) Das Frühstück war etwas dürftig. Nicht unbedingt internationaler Standard. |

A környezet, a kilátás csodálatos volt, a reggeli 4 *-osnak felelt meg, nagyon ízletes volt a vacsora.Csendes helyen volt, s mégis közel a központhoz, közel volt bevásárlási lehetőség. Nagyon finom bort lehetett kapni a vacsorához. A wellnes részleg nem volt jó. Nem volt egy pihenőágy sem, csupán egy kárpittal borított rattan garnitúra, ami ha ráülnek, azonnal vizes lesz. A jacuzzi medence áporodott szagú volt. |

Landschaft und kurze Wege zum Ort. Für Winterurlaub gut geeignet. Im November ist die Umgebung recht trist. keine Speisekarte in Deutsch oder Englisch- Essenbestellung war schwierig. Aber mit intensiver Hilfe des Personals doch gemeistert. |
