Die Betreuung durch Personal war sehr zufriedenstellend. – Wir hatten vergessen, dass Anreise nur bis 17 Uhr möglich ist, konnten jedoch telefonisch abklären und haben uns über Willkommensbrief sehr gefreut. Design des Appartements sehr ansprechend, hell und gemütlich. Der Boden müsste saniert werden. Das Appartement war sehr sauber, aber leider wie sooft wurde auch der in den Ecken angesammelte Schmutz übersehen. (nicht viel, aber doch). In diesem Teil Krakaus ist es aufgrund der vielen Lokale doch etwas laut in der Nacht, in unserem Fall am Samstag. Mussten Fenster schließen und selbst dann war der Lärm nicht zu überhören. |

Es war alles wunderbar. Das Zimmer war perfekt und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, man hat immer frische Blumen im Zimmer, das Frühstück war wie in einem Gourmet-Restaurant. Die Lage des Hotels konnte nicht besser sein, es liegt direkt im interessantesten Viertel der Stadt. Noch dazu: gay-friendly. Alles wunderbar. |

Super Zimmer (inkl. Nespresso Kaffeemaschine!), super Lage, super Frühstück!! Sehr nettes Personal! Könnte sauberer sein (auf unserem weißen Boden waren schwarze, lange Haare zu finden). |

Very good location 10min by walk to centre and castle. Nice apartment, great coffie included. Breakfast was delicious, great choice between typical Polish breakfast and Irish breakfast etc. Place is very intimate and gives a feeling of being only person in hotel- not like in standard hotel with lots of staff at reception, noise and being able to hear neighbours in room next door. Staff and manager is very kind and extremaly helpful (we left documents in apartment and can't say how grateful we were for the help received) Highly recomended !!! It's difficult to find car space, not impossible but difficult and usually it is necessary to walk 5min from car. |

The facilities where great, design of the room was fantastic, fresh flowers in the room and great coffee machine was an excellent extra touch, excellent location, extremely comfortable, everything you need for a trip to Krakow especially being so close to old town and a Wawel Castle and Main Square. Our neighbor next door apartment on the last night was loud at night no apologies from anybody other than that the stay was excellent. |

Waow was my first reaction when I saw the apartment. Our apartments was spacious, beautifully designed, breakfast was delicious (and from 08:00 till 12:00!!!). There were so many extra's: the expresso machine, thea- maker, the flowers, there was water in the fridge, we were offered a glas of wine... The location was excellent, a lot of restaurants, lively bars, close to the old town. If I come back to Krakov, I will definitely stay here again! |

Very nice location, directly in Kazimierz, between all the pubs and bars, friendly room with fresh flowers, cooking facilities, modern interior Located close to a pub (called opium) that plays loud music until 3 in the night (at least during weekend), closing windows didn't help much |

This is lovely small, very modern boutique hotel with minimalist style and guaranteed privacy. Great as much for business stay as for romantic getaway. The restaurant is stylish and conteporary kitchen worth trying. Quilt is too heavy and probably OK for winter months, but for rest of year it is too hot and impossible to sleep beneath. There are no blankets in apartment to be used instead of the quilt, so be prepared. |

Big rooms, clean and modern. Little things like fresh flowers in the room is a nice touch. Breakfast was sooo good and the staff are friendly and helpful. Over all it was an amazing experience we're very pleased The shower should have a curtain or something. The water in the shower sprays the floor and a bit of a nuisance to keep the bathroom dry. |

The apartment was close to the main square in Krakow but far enough away to for the surrounding streets to be peaceful. The room was extremely comfortable and spacious and the staff were extremely helpful and accomodating. Complimentary drinks were provided such as tea, coffee, orange juice, coke etc. Breakfast is served downstairs in the restaurant from 8am to noon of which the food was lovely. |

Pleasant and helpful staff. Interesting location. Spacious, light and airy. Nice bathroom with heated shower wall. Coffee machine. The room was not serviced at the weekend even though the rates were higher then. Good kitchen, but it was oddly unequipped; eg no kitchen knife, no teatowels, no tongs; nothing except for a wooden spoon, a cork screw and a couple of saucepans. It was not really possible to cook there. Insufficient average size cups.......but a dozen and a half wine glasses as recompense!!! |

The apartment was immaculate and had fresh flowers a few complimentary items in the fridge when we arrived. On the second day of our visit we slept in for a bus trip and missed breakfast, on returning from our trip there was a basket of fresh bread and two platters of cheeses, cold meats and fruit in the fridge which had been left for us as we had missed breakfast, we thought this was a lovely... |

I loved the minimalist but classy and well appointed decor, the sheer size of the room, the location in the heart of Kazimierz, the lovely breakfasts and the fantastic coffee machine. I am really nit picking but the shower flooded the bathroom if not careful and it was quite a walk from the train station. However, these were more than compensated for by the positives. |

Great location in the middle of the Jewish quarter Kazimierz - where all the cosy pubs and restaurants are. Design of the room is very nice, large and modern - Breakfast was good - We really liked it ! Difficult to find a parking space - at night there where noices from a band playing in the restaurant below- |
