Conveniently situated 10 minutes walk from the bus station and 10 minutes walk from the old town. Spotlessly clean. There is the lack of bars or restaurants in the immediate vicinity and tea/ coffee making facilities in the room would be a welcome addition.

The hotel is fantastic value for money. The decor is really well done and feels like a boutique hotel. The breakfast is generous and has great variety catering for all tastes. Because of the location, it would have been nice if there was a small bar area that the hotel guests could use in the evening for a drink.

The relaxed atmosphere. The breakfast was unattractive and looked like you purchased everything and all foods came out of a package. Nothing looked freshly prepared or cooked.

Clean, quiet hotel (room from the courtyard), comfortable spacious 3 - bedded room. Bizarre decor - full of unnecessary trinkets, vases, artificial flowers, carpets and situated on the carpet, pseudo-baroque furniture, etc. The narrow breakfast room, service at breakfast only in Polish. Impossible to park directly outside the hotel. No wireless internet - only wire (how do I connect my smartphone?). Excess registration all guests at the reception.

The hotel is 10 minutes walk from both the station and the Main Square, in a quiet area. The hotel decor is very spectacular with repro renaissance furniture throughout, giving it a "living in a museum" feel.

It was very central to everything only ten minutes from the main square and the railway station the hotel itself was very clean and quaint! It was decorated in art nouveau style. It was very quiet at night time and there was a good breakfast even though it was polish style all in all it was a very nice hotel to stay in. The only thing was the bedroom had small windows and a skylight window so was quite hot but there was air conditioning. Other rooms had full size windows so it was just what we had got. It has been renovated so the bathroom was very clean and newly tiled.

The location is about a 15 minute from Market Square. We liked the walk. Nice breakfast each morning with many good choices. Our room was warm. We were unable to use the air conditioner because the staff said it had been shut off for the season. (They did come right up to see if they could help) Our only option was to leave the window open, but the city street was a bit noisy for us.

I loved that people were eager to find solutions. We initially had a reservation for triple room and then needed two rooms (one double and one twin). Your colleagues found solutions and answered to e-mails in a very short time. We appreciated that you had fresh and beautiful flowers all over. Weronika was very nice and took care so that every challenge would be solved, you could feel she really liked her job. Thank you so much. It is definetely a hotel to recommend. Alina Chitu We wanted to check something on the Internet (at the reception) and your colleague wanted to help. Unfortunately, it was unconfortable and we finally did not manage. We needed that and we were a little disappointed that because of that we could not make a reservation on the next location. Maybe an extra computer for emergency situations would be of help. thank you.

The hotel is very nice, quiet and clean. It is well-located; you can walk to train/bus station in about 10 minutes and to the city center in 10 minutes. There is also a tram stop near the hotel (Pedzichov stop, tram 3 and 7). The staff is very kind (they also gave me a laptop to connect to internet from my room), my room was very comfortable and air- conditionated. I strongly recommend it. Few sweets at breakfast

The hotel is beautifully decorated with antiques imparting a very welcome feeling. The staff was absolutely the best - friendly and graciously filled every request. They are situated between the train station / galleria shopping mall and the main square, about a 10 minute walk to each. The street is very quiet and there is a great courtyard for guests to relax in.

Great 'old time' decor. Large comfortable room. Very courteous, helpful staff. Near small shops (to buy water etc). The walk to the old town (only about 10 mins) was down a very boring street!!

Four brilliant nights at the Old Time Hotel. On booking, the hotel contacted me by email to confirm details and to see if I had any questions. They gave me information about travelling to the hotel and the best way to visit attractions that I wanted to see - first class service! On arrival we were welcomed into the hotel and shown to spotlessly clean rooms. The whole experience was exceptional. OK, the TV only has BBC World News in English, but we didn't go to watch the TV - it was only on for 1/2 hour before going out in the morning. There was more than enough to eat at the buffet style continental breakfast and it set us up for most of the day. As others have mentioned there is not a great deal to do (bars & restaurants) in the vicinity of the hotel, but the town centre is only a 15min walk away and, although we didn't use them, I am sure a taxi would only have been a few pounds if you don't fancy the walk. There are a number of off-licences (Alkohole shops {yes the spelling is correct!}) on the way to the hotel and the staff were happy to let us drink our purchases in their little 'sun-trap' courtyard at the rear of the hotel. The hotel is clean, tidy and comfortable; its decor is quite 'quirky', but we liked it. Would we use it again? - when we go back to Krakow (and we certainly will) I might look for something inside the old city walls just to save 10 mins walking, but I think the Old Time Hotel's comfort and welcoming atmosphere would be difficult to find and it would certainly be more expensive the closer you got to town.

The decor of the hotel and rooms was really impressive and beautiful. The facilities were modern and clean and the breakfast was very good. I thought it was going to be slightly nearer the old town than it was.
