Very clean and comfortable with nice decor, only 5-10 mins from main square, good rates and helpful staff No tea/coffee facilities in the room - also would be helpful if staff knew directions to Auchswitz by public bus as an alternative to organised trips |

The hotel had a lovely warm and cosy atmosphere. The decor was tasteful and the hotel very clean and welcoming. The location was a bonus being only about 10-15 minutes away from the railway and the old town. There was a very good choice of food for breakfast |

The room was nice and spacious (twin/double room) the old city centre was about 10 minutes away on foot, but we could take the tram after a 1 minute walk. Interent worked, so it was nice to send home a few pictures at the end of the day. |

Beautiful big room with two windows and good air- conditioning.Excellent staff on reception who were very helpful- booking tours ,taxi ,helping with cases. They spoke very good English . Good variety at breakfast. Lovely decor and nice touches eg candles and complimentary water.Good locaton- side road- quite quiet. It isn't usual I know to have tea and coffee making facilities on the continent but it would save having to bring kettle etc. A little bar downstairs might have been nice but I'm not sure whether we would have had time to use it. |

The room was spacious and gorgeous. The shower was always lovely and hot and the majority of the staff were friendly and helpful with one exception. There was only one English speaking channel on the TV. There was no restaurant facility in the hotel to order evening meals. The breakfast was limited- fruit, salad (first thing in the morning) and cereal. |

The staff is very helpful and friendly, especially Miss Marta on Reception. Very high standard of accomodation for the reasonable price. Pleasant stylish hotel on good location between railway station (air terminal) and the old town.Very clean, spacious and colourful room with many pleasant details. The bouquet of red roses, mineral water and delicious chocolates were waiting for me in the room. Did I miss something? Probably in-room safe (but there is 24-hours free safe in the reception!), mini bar and and tea/coffee facilities. |

I could not fault the hotel in any way. The location was just a little farther than expected from the town square. The area in which the hotel is situated is poorly maintained. The pavements are broken and uneven and the shops are covered in graffiti. This was my only complaint. But to say that I never ever felt uneasy as a tourist. As you expect with the title of a hotel, we were disappointed that there was no bar, no tea/coffee facilities in the bedroom and in the evening it would have been nice to be able to have dinner there or even a light snack. We did order tea which worked out at €1 per head, excellent value and had complimentary biscuits but something more substantial wouldn't have went amiss. |

The cleanliness of the hotel and the very heipful and friendly staff. The location was very central for the station, shopping and city sights. The bathroom was too small and so was the dining room. |

Genuinely Friendly, Pleasant & helpful staff. Old fashioned style has character modern hotels cannot have. A small bar, in similiar style, I think would be a nice feature. |

It is close to the station and Old Town but quiet with very helpful staff and good breakfast, beautiful furnishings. The washbasin was too small. |

Excellent sized room with separate lounge. The decor was bright and tastefull. An excellent hotel for those not wishing to stay at a chain. The walk to the main square was closer to 15 minutes. |

Very well run and attractive, stylish hotel. Efficient staff. Within reasonable walking distance of the main market square. Very high standard of accommodation considering the reasonable price -- we opted for the "lux" room and it was like a mini-suite -- plenty of room. Definitely recommend this hotel. |
