I brought my suitcase at 11hrs (check in is at 13hrs) and they asked me to pay my room at this stage. When I went back at 14hrs I had to wait to get the keys for the apartment. Once there, I found dirty towels in the toilet. There was no blinds in the rooms, only light curtains so I woke up at 4.30 am because of the light. I specifically asked for a quiet room. |

Nice building in the middle of Old Town, great location It would be nice if it had 21 double beds instead of 1 double bed and 1 sleeping couch. |

The interior was great and the location of the apartment was really great (in the centre of Stare Miasto). There were silverfish in the bathroom.. |

The location in the heart of Old Town was perfect. The facilities were also very comvenient for family travellers. It was a bit noisy in fron of the hotel. The parking might be a minor problem. |

Good location,only few meters from the old town market (rynek), spacious and well equiped. In the hall appeared an odor of mouldiness caused by a cleaning mop in built-in wardrobe. |

We stayed at Rynek Wars apartment in the New Town but just 5 min walk to the old town square--The location. Availability of skelp or stores for daily supplies. Beddings and sheets were white and crisp. Facilities were working. Rynek Wars looked "old" and corridors were dark, even if they said "newly" renovated. There was no hairdryer as advertised. The utensils and toaster could have been cleaned better. Its time to change their chopping board and wooden spoons and floor mop. |

Appartment was on a very nice location in the very centre of the old centre of Warsaw. One should be aware renting a place to stay without other services common to a hotel. Esp. relevant when you arrive late in the evening. Information where to find a shop (small supermarket) is missing. The appartment (bedroom, living with kitchen and bathroom) is clean and the furniture is good. Repair of problems with the hot water for the bath. |

The best thing is location, and comfort. And also that they upgraded us from a studio to a one bedroom apartment. Is very comfortable and much more comfortable than a hotel specially in winter as we could cook and live as in our own apartment. I was a bit concerned based on other reviews about things dont work properly but eveything was perfect. Just a little more attentive staff, i.e nobody come with us to show us the apartment and explain how things worked. And also, as it is an apartment, it would have been nice to have some kitchen essentials so for example you dont have to buy a whole package of salt or pepper or oil, napkins, soap and the like. |

Excellent location, newly renovated The website shows a different location from the office to the apartments what is a little deceiving, the kitchen could have more utensiles. |
