Flott beliggenhet I gamlebyen, nærme til allt. Koselig rom med ok kjøkken. Spisesteder og severdigheter rett utenfor "stuedøren" Når man bestiller henting på flyplass, må overnattingsstedet klare å ordne dette, spesiellt når det er dobbelt så dyrt som å reise fra flyplassen på egen hånd |

Glimrende beliggenhet,sentralt I gamlebyen,moderne og godt utrustet leilighet.Lite minus for at kannen til vannkokereren var vekk. Kjøpe ny vannkoker,Ellers var alt helt tipp topp.God service innstilling på de ansatte.Behjelpelig og hyggelig på alt de ble spurt om |

Flott beliggenhet og lett tilgang til bysentrum Det bør gjøres noe med kloakkstank og muggstank. Vi føler oss lurt da vi betalte 69 Euro!! for taxituren fra flyplassen og til leilighetene for en taxitur som old town apartments hadde booket for oss. |

We used the apartment as a base for exploring Polands capital city, Warsaw. It was ideally situated in the old town, where the architecture is stunning. |

Very comfortable! Clean! Easy to find the apartment! Highly recommend if you want to stay at the Old Town City! the time for check-in service should be 24 hours or 7:00 am until midlight. |

The location was good, although it was not really in the old town square. We had to pay a 1.7% credit card charge although the reservation form did not mention such an additional charge! Our complaint was not really taken seriously. |

The apartment was very spacy, clean and well equipped. The location was amazing. It was on the old square, but windows were to the courtyard, so it was also very quiet. |

Nice apartment (Kiwi apartment), perfect location (Old Market Square), good equipment. Very friendly and helpful staff. It's time to buy new towels! They were clean (except one having a spot of rust) but one of them had a big hole. Mop must be replaced as well. |

Proximity of Old town, good access and nice view from apartements. Grocery few minutes walk and lot of restaurants and bars too. Even a Museum was very close! Room cleaning service came before our check-out time... This was not convenient! |

I brought my suitcase at 11hrs (check in is at 13hrs) and they asked me to pay my room at this stage. When I went back at 14hrs I had to wait to get the keys for the apartment. Once there, I found dirty towels in the toilet. There was no blinds in the rooms, only light curtains so I woke up at 4.30 am because of the light. I specifically asked for a quiet room. |

The location in the heart of Old Town was perfect. The facilities were also very comvenient for family travellers. It was a bit noisy in fron of the hotel. The parking might be a minor problem. |
