Excellent hotel. The staff is helpful and very friendly and the breakfast is goo, maybe just missing a few polish sweets at the breakfast. But you have plenty of choice to a good start of the day. The location is excellent. You can walk from the main station and you’ll be there in there in 10 minutes or just take a bus. It is located just off Auschwitz museum, which is good to go there early in the morning when the place is empty of tourists. The food in the restaurant is not bad, but maybe a bit pricey. I will definitely return. |

Most impressive was the level of cleanliness and comfort combined with the outstanding approachability and professionalism of the staff. It may present itself as 'budget' but that's just untrue. It's great value for money with good facilities and excellent staff. A fairly major downside (possibly the only one) was the lack of an english speaking channel on the TV in the room. |

Very clean hotel, close to the museum of concentration camp. Absolutely best in the whole town, with amazing home made meals. Loved it and would stay there again! Absolutely nothing! |

The convenient location of the hotel next to the Auschwitz Museum for the purpose of a historical visit and scholarly research. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, more so tham in other hotels. The rooms were clean and tidy. The hotel has certain unfortunate hazards built into its contemporary design: stone steps to the second floor and below to the restaurant with sharp edges which should really be covered in carpet, the hotel steps are in my view a health hazard particularly for the tired elderly traveller; the wooden furniture in the hotel rooms has hard protruding edges which gets in the way of guests; sadly, in my view, the hotel may never function as a successful business while it lacks a lift to the second floor! |

The room was excellent, well decorated, very clean and modern. The bathroom was also very clean and the shower was excellent. The beds were comfortable and the room was spacious. The location was excellent for Auschwitz being literally across the road from the museum. We had a bad experience in the restaurant. The food took up to two hours to arrive, some dishes did not come and we were overcharged on the bill. The staff were unhelpful when we queried the bill. I spent half an hour going through the bill where I found they had also charged for a meal we hadn't had. It was very stressfuI sorting it out. However the food that did arrive was very good and the breakfast was excellent. |

Great location for visiting the Auschwitz museum. Good, friendly staff. Breakfast selection needs improvement to cater to international tourists. |

We arrived on an overnight train at 5 am, and even though our reservation did not begin until 3 pm that day, the staff welcomed us and arranged for us to have a room available immediately, as well as to have breakfast that same morning. They could not have been more helpful. Moreover, the staff spoke enough English to always answer our questions and be helpful, and the room was comfortable and spotless. We strongly recommend this hotel. |

Proximity to Auschwitz Concentration camp was a key in out selection of this Hotel. The rooms were nice, clean, and comfortable. Air conditioning was not provided for the first floor, even though air conditioners were in our room. |

We wanted a hotel close to Auschwitz and Berkenau so we would not have to travel further after spending the day in those terribly moving monuments to the many who died there. The Hotel was conveniently located right across the street from Auschwitz. |

Very helpful staff. In middle of night when we were lost on the road due to several road works and re-routings, they helped us by telephone. They even called back with additional information. Helpful and cheerful staff with good knowledge of English (not in all places in Poland) |
