Dobra lokalizacja głównie jeśli chodzi o położnie w stosunku do morza jak i centrum miasta. W cenie możliwość korzystania z basenu i sauny. Przy dużym obłożeniu trochę mało miejsca na stołówce. |

Nowy hotel, wysoki komfort, piękne pokoje, czystość, komfort pobytu, przyjazna recepcja. Niedokończony parking na samochody na terenie hotelu. Przy dużej liczbie gości na śniadaniu obsługa nie nadąża uzupełniać kawy, jajecznicy, kiełbasek. |

Elegancki hotel. Bardzo przyjemny basen i sauna. Bardzo dobre śiadania. Brak możliwości zjedzenia czegokolwiek w hotelu i najbliższej okolicy po godzinie 21. Brak ulotek w języku polskim. |

Das Design des Hotels war hell und warm und großzügig in der Platzverteilung. Wir waren Gäste ohne Behandlungsplan, wurden aber immer wieder in die Schublade der Busreiseveranstalter geschoben. Das Einteilen in den Zeitplan und die Sitzanordnung im Speiseraum war negativ und erinnert an einen Kuraufenthalt. Hier muß eine Trennung erfolgen oder in Zeiten der erhöhten Kurintensität ist solch ein Hotel nicht zu empfehlen. |

Reichhaltiges Frühstück; Sauna inclusive; Billiard-Tisch (2,50Euro/h); eigener Parkplatz (unbewacht); großes Zimmer; ein anspruchsvoller, eleganter Neubau mit viel Mamor Die Doppelbetten rutschen auf dem (sehr ordentlichen) Parkettfußboden sehr leicht auseinander. Eher unbedeutend: Gelegentlich hört man wegen der Steinfußböden vom Flur her Klappergeräusche (Zi 315). Durch den recht hohen Altersdurchschnitt der anderen Gäste sind etwaige Musik-/Tanzveranstaltungen für uns nicht relevant, andererseit die 3 90Grad-Saunaplätze immer frei gewesen. |

Die moderne Ausstattung des Hotels. Da das Hotel im Frühjahr 2009 erst eröffnet wurde, ist alles noch neu und in sehr gutem Zustand. Die Saunen waren während der offiziellen Öffnungszeiten nicht uneingeschränkt nutzbar, weil sie teilweise nicht angestellt waren oder die Temperaturen zu niedrig waren.Ein paar nützliche Details in der Zimmerausstattung fehlen. |

Das Hotel ist ein modernes, gutes 3*-Hotel, dessen Ausstattung dem angegebenen Niveau entspricht. Die Lage zum Strand in der Kurzone von Kolberg ist hervorragend. Das Personal an der Rezeption ist nicht auf Kundenfreundlichkeit geschult. Hier muss grundsätzlich eine Verbesserung eintreten. |

Hotellets standard och läge. Mycket bra frukost. Fri parkering. Tillgången till W-lan. Personalens bristande kunskap i engelska (ingen alls i praktiken). Man kunde inte äta lunch och middag på hotellet utan att först ha bokat helpension. |
