Good location with spacious rooms. It served a good breakfast and had good WiFi connection. A pleasing price. Help could be given to handle guests luggage.

Czystość + miła obsługa w recepcji Niekompetencja działu sprzedaży oraz wprowadzenie nas w błąd, co do oferty hotelu (programy tv - 3 polskie I kilka niemieckich). Nie poinformowano nas wcześniej o awarii ciepłej wody. Podobnie przy meldunku w recepcji. Do tej pory nikt nie uznał, że należy za to przeprosić.

Supergutes Frühstück und es wurde nicht vor der Zeit abgeräumt, sehr nettes Personal, die Möglichkeit Fahrräder auszuleihen, Schwimmbad, Whirlpools und Sauna: alles nicht Luxus aber den Sternen angemessen! Großer Balkon am Zimmer

Doskonały stosunek ceny do jakości usług. Przestronne pokoje (nawet te na poddaszu). Przestronna łazienka z wygodna kabiną prysznicową. Wzorowa czystość. Dyskretny i przyjazny gosciom personel. W hotelu spory basen, trzy jacuzzi, sauna parowa i fińska (w cenie pokoju). Polecam każdemu bez względu na wiek i stan rodzinny.

sehr gut alles organieziert, sehr freundliches, kompetentes Personal, tolle Wellnes und Rehabilitation Angebote, Beauty Angebote, abends Programme, schöne Gartenanlage, sehr schöne Gebäude (nicht zu groß), sehr sauber, sehr gute Lage, Essen köstlich... und viel mehr alles war super!!!

Das üppige Frühstücksbuffett, der freundliche Service, die Benutzung der Schwimmhalle vor dem Frühstück Leider ist alles ein bischen scmuddelig, die Tagesdecken auf dem Betten, Dreckrand im Pool und in den Jakuzzibecken

Cisza I spokój wynikający z faktu przebywania tu w większości emerytów niemieckich, bardzo dobre śniadania. Dzień przed wyjazdem otrzymuję telefon do pokoju z prośbą o wcześniejszą zapłatę za pobyt, gdyż następnego dnia pani z recepcji oznajmia, że będzie miała dużo pracy. Zdarzyło mi się to już kolejny raz.

W zasadzie wszystko czystość komfort bardzo miła obsługa jedzenie bardzo dobre jakość usług na wysokim poziomie. Trochę za wysoka cena ale za komfort trzeba płacić no i mało rodaków tylko Niemieccy emeryci ale ok.

Duży, funkcjonalny pokój, możliwość swobodnego korzystania z basenu , sauny i jacuzzi . Smaczne , urozmaicone posiłki , miła obsługa . Dobra lokalizacja . Polecamy . mały wybór programów TV , brak bezpłatnego parkingu dla gości hotelowych

1. Booking.com hat dies als Hotel angeboten, war es aber nicht sondern ein "Kurhaus" dies ging nicht aus der Anzeige hervor. Da erwarte ich einfach mehr Service von Booking.com. 2.Dieses "Kurhaus" hatte eine Heimordnung, Seitenweise Ge- und Verbote z.B. ab 22:00 Bettruhe, die "Bar" hatte auch nur bis 22:00 Uhr geöffnet, wie wir eine Viertelstunde vorher ankamen, gab es nichts mehr zu trinklen, Personal wurde pampig. Die Zimmer nützlich, spärlich aber nicht komfortabel eingerichtet. Das Zimmer wurde nicht gereinigt??!! Sauber war es auch nicht wie wir ankamen. Frühstück, hatte Masse aber keine Klasse, verbesserungsdürftig. Personal, bei dem Zustrom braucht man auch kein"Lächeln" oder Infos weitergeben und ähnliches mehr am Tag legen.
