Mercure Opole is just a short walk from Opole Glowne, city’s main train station. The hotel features air conditioned rooms with coffee and tea making facilities and free wired internet. Nebyla možnost koupit si kartu s přístupem na ORANGE HOTSPOT. Tato možnost koupit si kartu bohužel nebyla ani v oficiální prodejně ORANGE v Opoli (ca 200 m od hotelu).

Chambre propre et très agréable, petits déjeuners complets, prestations impeccables. J'avais réservé pour 4 nuits à un tarif préférentiel Booking pour les ch. D'Europe de judo vétérans. Je reçois la confirmation de l’hôtel par mail. Qq jours plus tard, je sollicite une nuit supplémentaire à la suite de la réponse reçue. Erreur fatale puisque la dernière nuit sera facturée au prix fort (n'étant pas passé par booking). Limite au niveau fair-play ! Accueil standard et sens du service de niveau faible par rapports aux standards des Mercure (personnel plus préoccupé à contrôler qu'à accueillir, conseiller ou simplement renseigner).

Umiejscowienie. Hotel pomimo gwaracji rezerwacji kartą dokonał na miejscu ponownie pre- autoryzacji, która nie została rozliczona w ramach płatności za pokój, w ten sposób na tydzień środki były zablokowane podwójnie. Dodatkowo drogi parking I śniadanie.

Dobra lokalizacja Zbyt miękkie łóżko , można by w ofercie umieścić , że posiadacie kilka pokoi z twardszymi łóżkami . Ja mam uszkodzony kręgosłup I wymagam takiego łóżka. Ostatnio B.wiele osób poszukuje twardych łóżek w hotelach

Wysoka cena . rozumiem że za jedynkę 255 zł bez śniadania a ze śniadaniem 300 zł była ceną promocyjną , gdyż normalna cena to odpowiednio 365 zł bez śniadania ze śniadaniem 410 zł . Sory ale zwariowaliście z tymi cenami przecież to jest tylko Opole !!! Gdy rezerwowałem cena 255 zł była niby ze śniadaniem w recepcji okazało się że muszę dopłacić 45 zł , skandal , nie polecę tego czegoś nazywanego hotelem nikomu .

Przede wszystkim lokalizacja hotelu jest bardzo dogodna. Personel oceniam na bardzo wysokim poziomie - wszyscy bardzo uprzejmi I zawsze gotowi do udzielenia pomocy. Brak zaplecza w postaci np. Basenu, jacuzzi, kosmetyczki, itp.

Dokładnie to, czego można spodziewać się po marce: wygoda, jasne zasady, sporo drobnych, a waznych udogodnień (np. Czajnik I kawa w pokoju). Dodaj do tego znakomitą lokalizację I masz najlepszy hotel w Opolu. Serio. Baza w tym mieści nie jest obfita, więc Mercure to po prostu jedyny wybór Można by nieco popracować nad rozmaitością I jakością śniadania

Przyjemna obsluga,dogodny dojazd.Bezpieczne parkowanie samochodu.Czystosc w hotelu i pokoju.Cisza i spokoj. Bliskosc miasta (mozliwosc bezposrednich zakupow i zwiedzania miasta). Opcja " co sie nie podobalo w Mercure"- dla nas nie istnieje.(dotyczy Opola)

“The hotel is well-located close to the city centre. The rooms are tastefully located and slightly futuristic. Breakfast is excellent, and served in very impressive surroundings. The building is multi-functional, and the hotel seems to be restricted to the second floor. Some may find the hotel a bit impersonal. Rather unusually, housekeeping was located on the same floor as rooms, and right next to mine. I was aware of people milling around and chatting outside my room when I woke up, but they didn't actually wake me.
