Dobre śniadania, dobre położenie, miła obsługa. Pokój kiepski, poprzednim razem trafiliśmy na dużo lepszy , widać nie zawsze trafia się dobry.... , ten był wyjątkowo nieświeży - brudne wykładziny, pokój bardzo mały, ciemny,przestarzały, bardziej jak komórka niż pokój.... z tego właśnie powodu więcej z tego hotelu nie skorzystam.

To są oszuści, Na stronie piszą, że pokoje są klimatyzowane. Natomiast otrzymałem pokój w którym był 32 st I nie było klimatyzacji. Pani na recepcji powiedziała, że nie mają klimatyzacji. To jest naciąganie klienta I oszustwo. Nigdy więcej,

Hotel ma bardzo dobrą lokalizację. Hotel ma bardzo małe pokoje - w środku jest B. ciasno; dodatkowo w pokojach nie ma klimatyzacji, o czym nie byłam uprzedzona (dodatkowo okna się nie otwierają, lecz tylko uchylają!). Na zewnątrz było 24 stopnie (6 sierpnia 2011), w środku 30kilka! Pokój nie został wywietrzony przed naszym przybyciem, tak więc zaduch był niemiłosierny. Pół nocy (mimo wiatraka) nie przespaliśmy z mężem, bo było tak duszno I gorąco, byliśmy dosłownie oblepieni potem. Uważam, że to skandal.

Bardzo dobre śniadania, elegencki hotel, miła obsługa Pokoje bez klimatyzacji "typ standard" - latem niedowytrzymania, przy otwartym oknie nie można spać z powodu hałasów z ulicy.

Śniadanie może być, szybka obsługa w recepcji Brak klimatyzacji w pokoju, temp. wewnątrz 28C., nie działały gniazdka więc nie mogłem włączyć TV oraz nieczynna była lodówka.

Dobra lokalizacja, darmowy parking przed hotelem, miła obsługa, net bezprzewodowy. Pomimo iż rezerwowałem pokój dla niepalących dostałem cuchnący fajami pokój z popielniczką.

Położenie - 2 min. pieszo od dworca PKP. Zimno w pokoju - jeden mały grzejniczek pod jednym z dwóch dużych okien, a w dodatku zimny nad ranem. Oprócz tego duża akustyka - słychać każde słowo wypowiedziane w pokoju obok/nad (?).

Przede wszystkim hotel nic nie oferuje w zamian za tak wysoka cenę. Do tego śniadanie za prawie 50 PLN tak droga nie było nawet w nowym jorku.

Czystość, kultura obsługi, położenie wszędzie blisko. Istotnym jest również zdobywanie nowych klientów, mam na uwadze stosowanie promocyjnych cen za pokój, akurat podczas naszego pobytu, z której to promocji skorzystaliśmy. Tak trzymać !!! Dziękujemy

Przyjemna obsluga,dogodny dojazd.Bezpieczne parkowanie samochodu.Czystosc w hotelu i pokoju.Cisza i spokoj. Bliskosc miasta (mozliwosc bezposrednich zakupow i zwiedzania miasta). Opcja " co sie nie podobalo w Mercure"- dla nas nie istnieje.(dotyczy Opola)
