Every momber of staff was extremely friendly and very good english speaking. Offered to book tours for us if we so wished and arranged taxi transport to airport. Arrived at hotel early and were very accomodating by allowing us to immediately use the room.. Hotel/Room was fantastic and decorated in period to the age of the building. Location is excellent to the centre and a few minutes walk into the main shops, restaurants, museums and square A small comment if there is anything negative to say about the hotel but I did not use the restaurant or bar and have not used these on previous visit so perhaps the hotel could make the bar in particular more visible. |

Location, so central and in the centre of activity. Krakow is a dream city with so much to offer. Hotel staff at all times friendly, courteous and obliging. The restaurants, cafes and bars were fantastic.Hotel room was lovely, old fashioned (period) and charming. When coming back to England I immediately booked an autumn break in Krakow and did not consider looking at another hotel The room may benefit from air conditioning but the hot weather is only seasonal and may take from the charm of the hotel rooms. I do not know if the restaurant is well frequented in the evenings but a more visual display of the menu may well attract more diners if the hotel wishes to have more custom |

The hotel was positioned very close to the main square and lots of restaurants. There was a 'faded elegance' feel to the hotel. The staff were exceedingly polite and helpful, the rooms were old fashioned but exceedingly clean. The bathroom was more modern and very nice. The bed was comfortable. No air conditioning (although a fan was provided in each room). We stayed at the front of the hotel and it was very noisy as there was some building work close by which started very early and bars nearby which finished late! |

The junior suite was beautiful and large. The staff were very helpful. The hotel had a great location, about 5-10 minutes walk from all the sites. |

Grand and clean. No noise from other rooms. Friendly staff. No air conditioning in room. Had to have windows open, with the unfortunate consequence of having to endure all night street noise. Would not recommend this hotel for summer stays. |

The staff were very polite and wanted to help us to get the best from the hotel and the city The furniture and the fittings need to be updated. There are more mordern hotels close by which are lower in price with better fittings etc |

Todella onnistunut vierailu. Hyvällä paikalla lähellä nähtävyyksiä ja kauppoja. huoneen ikkuna piti pitää auki kun ei ollut ilmastointia. kadulta tuli paljon melua yöllä. |
