Su ubicación, muy céntrica. El personal de recepción excelente. No tiene aire acondicionado y en Cracovia hace muchísimo calor en agosto. El desayuno era caro para lo que ofertaban. Escaso. |

The hotel was central to everything and spotless clean.I Would return again to hotel on my next visit to krakow. No staff in bar when I tried to get a drink (2 nights running) |

Breakfasts were delicious. The front desk staff member on the day of check in had very poor customer service skills and was quite frankly rude. We had to wait 2 hours for our room and then the carpet in the room smelt of urine. |

It was a very grand hotel and the staff were very friendly When we made the reservation we thought we had booked bed and breakfast. On arrival found out that breakfast was not included. Whilst the breakfast selection was okay it was not good value for money and we found it to be expensive. |

A classically loveley hotel. It's not the Hilton, it's not "Everything brand new and modern" It is a beautifully kept hotel that was exceptionally comfortable, perfectly placed, Exquisitly styled with its decor, perfectly charming. For all you British - They even have a kettle in the room. The staff were all extremely helpful and eager to help arrange transport or trips, which were exceptionally good value. Look out for Pavel on the door, he was superb, I can't wait to go again. Lack of cnn on telly - (It's nice to occasionally hear english, even if the content is dubious.) Advise taking a dvd player (No scart) |

Staff was kind & helpful. Bathroom very clean & good. Hotel is generally good, near the main square and near the bust stop where tours are starting. Television did not have the standard bunch of international channels, like CNN, BBC... to keep up with the world news was a problem. Most of the channels are Polish channels, so of no use for the international traveller. I think that at least CNN, BBC and some selection of channels from other EU contries would be extremely appreciated Beakfast is overpriced compared with hotels in the same class. |
