鉄道駅と街中心部の両方から徒歩圏内にあり利便性がよい◆チェックイン後、ポーターが荷物を部屋まで運んでくれる◆部屋に毎日無料のミネラルウォーターが用意されている◆アウシュビッツなど各観光地行きのバスツアーのチケットをフロントで購入することができる◆ シャワーヘッドの放水角度が集中せずに分散しているため、水勢が弱い◆レストランは、実際に食べていないので分からないが、夕食客はほとんどいなかったので、代わりに近隣ホテルPod Rozaのレストランを利用した◆ |

Grand and clean. No noise from other rooms. Friendly staff. No air conditioning in room. Had to have windows open, with the unfortunate consequence of having to endure all night street noise. Would not recommend this hotel for summer stays. |

The staff were very polite and wanted to help us to get the best from the hotel and the city The furniture and the fittings need to be updated. There are more mordern hotels close by which are lower in price with better fittings etc |

The hotel was central to everything and spotless clean.I Would return again to hotel on my next visit to krakow. No staff in bar when I tried to get a drink (2 nights running) |

Breakfasts were delicious. The front desk staff member on the day of check in had very poor customer service skills and was quite frankly rude. We had to wait 2 hours for our room and then the carpet in the room smelt of urine. |

It was a very grand hotel and the staff were very friendly When we made the reservation we thought we had booked bed and breakfast. On arrival found out that breakfast was not included. Whilst the breakfast selection was okay it was not good value for money and we found it to be expensive. |

Hotel nie poosiada klimatyzacji, a więc muszą być otwarte okna w nocy w czasie lata, a za oknem krzyki i wrzaski pijanych turystów Krakowa, a od godziny 6 rano ciężkie maszyny i ciężarówki nie dająspać, bo sąsiednia ulica jestremontowana. Śniadanie w cenie 67 zł za osobę jest biologiczną pomyłką. W tym hotelu nic się nie zmienia od lat pomimo krytyki klientów, więc po co pisać. Hotel nie ma parkingu dla swoich gości, jak w reklamie - proponują parking oddalony o cztery ulice za 50 zł za dobę. Żenujące! |

Os quartos de hotel são limpos, com destaque para a cama e casa de banho. Os funcionários de uma forma geral são bastante prestáveis. Embora o hotel seja de um estilo clássico, pode melhor alguns aspectos de degradação, i.e. algumas coisas nos quartos já apresentam um aspecto bastante usado, pelo que poderiam ser substituídas, p.e. cortinados, colchas |

Personnellement, j'ai été satisfaite de l'hotel même si la décoration dite belle époque est en réalité assez kitch et que les équipements ne sont pas modernes comme indiqué sur le descriptif (télé).Par contre, les personnes qui m'accompagnaient avaient des chambres situées sur la rue et m'ont indiqué que le passage des voitures et piétons étaient bruyant |
