On one evening the restaurant closed at 2000, despite adverttising it was open to 2300, and at the same evening there was no response from room service. |

Orbis Gnydia was close to the beach , the town and the harbour. THe staff was very friendly and helpful. THe coffe shop had delicious cakes. Air condition would be nice..at least when needed. Seats outside the hotel would be nice ,too. |

It was close to everything in gdynia including the amazing beach and it was quite a peaceful hotel to relax. I thought the staff could have been friendlier. |

The welcome and humour of the girl at the reception. That was very kind and nice! The stench of smoke in the lobby. It is unacceptable for non-smokers. There is no non-smokers protection. And this is the reason I will not go there again. And there is the conference room ... And I doubt if they know what customers want. I ordered an internet computer with connection and drinks. No drinks were there and then there was a computer and no internet connection. And the price not ok: |

Хороший отель.Но в выходные дни мешает спать громкая дискотека,проходящая неподалеку от отеля.Отличный бассейн и сауна! Слишком шумно работала вентсистема на крыше отеля. |

Hotel przeciętny schludny, ale zachwycać sie nie ma czym, godny polecenia do wypoczynku. Okres świetności ma już dawno za sobą. Tak, nie podobało sie - w pokoju umieszczenie metalowego kosza bez zamkniecia z okresu PRL-owskiego. Awaria swiatła w toaletach obok restauracji gdzie konsumowano sniadanie. |

Wysoka cena, bardzo ubogie śniadanie (dla 2 osób za 70,- zł powinno być wykwintne), duży hałas instalacji na dachu - na 10 piętrze nie mogliśmy spać i była zamiana pokoju, umywalka zapchana, prysznic wymagał naprawy zawieszenia ... |

Mila obsluga, swietnia lokalizacja (centrum Gdyni, 5 min do kolejki skm i do autobusow.), Piekny widok o ile sie ma pokoj od strony morza. sniadania bardzo smaczne i jeszcze raz obsluga bardoz bardzo mila i uprzejma Hotel choc niewatpliwie eksluzywny w latach 70 teraz wydaje sie mocno przestarzaly. troche jak z poprzedniej epoki ( mam na mysli glownie pokoje gdyz recepcja jest bardoz ciekawie urzadzona) |

Hotellin sijainti oli hyvä. Henkilökunta oli ystävällistä ja hotellin palvelut riittävät. Hotellihuone oli hyvin hiljainen. Hotellin uima-allasosastolle ei jostain syystä päässyt. Henkilö ei ollut englanninkielen taitoinen, eikä osannut selittää asiaa. |
