The only good thing about the hotel was the location on the main street of Zakopane, about 10 minutes walk from the bus depot. Value for money was very poor. (1) no cable TV in the room - so no news on BBC or CNN (2) no coffee sachets, tea bags were provided, no milk; my wife had to go down to the dining room to get two packets of coffee - the staff would not give more- and some milk (3) lighting in the corridor was on 50% lighting - we had diffiiculty finding the key hole to enter the room (4) it was the 8th May - room... |

The breakfast was rather good. Although the minibar was empty, it was at least working so we could use it as a fridge. There was an old man playing the piano in the restaurant in a very beautiful way. One of our beds had linen without any stains at all. There are many fine places to stay in Zakopane but the Giewont is certainly not one of them. As soon as we had checked in we noticed that the whole hotel including our room stinks from cigarette smoke although not as much in the reception and the restaurant. The room itself was rather dirty and the towels smelled as if they had been stored in a moist place. |

The location was great and the staff was very helpful. They had internet access which did not work very well. I was not able to log into any english sites such as google.com and hotmail.com, etc. |

Nagyon kedvesek, készségesk voltak. Szeretik a vendégeket és nem a pénzükért. Tényleg őszintén hisznek a vendéglátásban . Ösztönös , veleszületett dolog . Azt hiszem...... Hét EUR-s reggelibe egy presszókávénak el kell férni. Szerintem. |

La ubicación. Está en la parte más céntrica de Zakopane, y aunque está lejos de la estación de tren, sólo hay que andar por una calle. De los comentarios negativos de otros usuarios, sí que vi que el baño necesitaría una reforma, pese a todo está limpio y suficiente. |

Nette kamer, met goede badkamer! Ligging van hotel is erg goed. Homo vriendelijk Vindt dat voor de prijs die wij betaalden er wel een gratis ontbijt af had gekunt. |

La ubicación en el centro de Zacopane Los servicios son muy muy flojos. El precio es de hotel de 3/4 estrellas y los servicios de pensión de 2 estrellas |

nicht wirklich etwas Sehr unfreundliches Personal, bei der Rezeption als auch beim Frühstück; lt.Bookingcom war der Preis für's Frühstück/Person € 6,--, im Hotel wollten sie € 7,-- verrechnen. Nach längerer Diskussion waren dann € 6,-- ok. Lt.Bookingcom-Seite war keine Vorauszahlung für's Hotel notwendig. Es wurden jedoch € 70,-- von meiner Visa-Karte direkt vom Hotel abgebucht. |

Jævnt godt hotel,desværre var dyner og hovedpuder syntetiske, så det var meget varmt at ligge med, og sengene var lidt sammenfaldne Ovenstående, samt opfyldning af morgenmadsbuffeten |

un peu trop de bruit dans la rue pendant la nuit (mais ce 'est pas la faute à l'hotel evidemment), les feux de signalisation sur un carrefour tout proche font "tut" "tut" toute la nuit et empêchent de dormir, alors que les aveugles ne se promenent pas la nuit |

centralt beläget och mycket praktiskt om man åker tåg eller buss väldigt mycket ljud från närliggande disco hela nätterna om man hade fönstret öppet och det var man tvungen att ha p g a värmen och att det inte fanns luftkonditionering |

Pænt og ordentligt hotel, helt ok som 3 stjernet. Rigtig god placering I Zakopane bymidte. Prispolitik I overensstemmelse med sandheden!? Vi forudbestilte værelset 25. januar 2008 med en samlet pris for 3 overnatninger på 204 Euro. Da vi mødte op på hotellet kunne vi få tre overnatninger til ialt 240 Zl - langt fra 240 Euro. - Det var sommer prisen og den var vel også bekendt I januar måned!! _ rigtig dårlig oplevelse af bookingen!!!!!!!!!!! |
