quiet, clean and comfortable sized room/bathroom, room included a kettle with tea/coffee, bottled water and sweets, hotel bar opened till late, good location initially we've been given a smoking room despite booking a non-smoking, not enough staff to cover bar, room rate itself was ok, however did not include breakfast so together with the extra cost it was slightly overpriced, also the bar prices were quite high, hotel staff didn't act particularly friendly and helpful |

Pokój był brudny! Nieprzyjemny zapach, wanna dla krasnali, dodatkowo płatny parking - 30 zł /doba!! Generalnie PRL w troszkę nowszym wydaniu. Zdecydowanie zbyt drogi w stosunku do jakości!! |

Hôtel bien situé proche de l'aéroport de katowice. Repas et petit déjeuner de qualité personnel de restauration accueillant. Hôtel vétuste et mal insonorisé, entretien insuffisant: prise de courant arrachée, moquette incertaine, peintures fenêtres dégradées. Pas de climatisation dans les chambres. Mérite une sérieuse rénovation. Rapport qualité prix médiocre. |

Nie, w pokoju smierdziało stęchlizną, nie wiem z jakiego powodu ma on 3 gwiazdki. W restauracji carpaccio podane z serem gouda a nie z parmezanem, dodatkowo nie otrzymałam od kelnerki rachunku- tylko go wyrecytowała. |
