The hotel is just excellent

This hotel is in a big old building right in the heart of the old town of Zamosc. You can't beat the location. It has been modernised inside and is very comfortable. We only stayed for one night in a very cold and snowy April (2013) but would love to have stayed longer. Because the prices were very reasonable, we had a Junior Suite, which was lovely - large bedroom and big lounge, with a large bathroom! The bed was super - very comfortable with a good duvet. There was a good choice of food for breakfast, and hot cooked food was offered. We would recommend this hotel to other travellers.

Location is great, right in the main square. Reasonably priced and clean. A nice place if you are not too picky about hotels.

Furniture a bit old. Room was a bit small for a double bed.

The hotel is literally 10 seconds away from the market square in the old town. Overall the hotel is great: friendly staff, clean rooms with all facilities, delicious breakfast.

Our room was connected to the next one via interior/passage door which is not sound-proof, and we had unfortunately very noisy neighbors.

A wonderful, comfortable and clean hotel with an excellent location and very welcoming and friendly staff. I had a single room with a window to the street - which didn't matter, because it's a very quiet street. Leaning outside the window, I could see the impressive stairs of the town hall. Room and bath were all very clean. The fittings in the shower showed some signs of use, but only on the third glance. I can only recommend this place - if I ever go back to Zamosc, I'll definitely will stay at this hotel again!!!

Very clean, friendly English-speaking staff, nice rooms, even a small fitness facility. The location can't be beat.

Right on the old town square, location was perfect for walking around this lovely town. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful, meals were great and the room was spacious and well equipped.

Thanks for everyone who serviced us.There's really excellent hostel for foreigner and bed is the most comfortable just like 5-star hotel. We had a good memory in Zamosc because of you.....^^

If the bottle of water is free is better.

A lovely hotel in a truly stunning location in one of the most beautiful towns I have ever visited. I am sorry I was only there for one night and on business: it would be great for a holiday, as this is a good combination of town and countryside.

Bardzo miła obsługa. Perfekcyjna lokalizacja. Hotel ma już swoje lata i fakt, że mieści się w starym, zabytkowym budynku, zmusza do pewnych kompromisów. Wymagania sieci Mercure zmuszają jednak do utrzymania przyzwoitego standardu.

czas najwyższy wyrzucić stare telewizory z rozlatującymi się, niedziałającymi pilotami. W pokoju powinien być dodatkowy koc, bo ogrzewanie, szczególnie w chłodną, wiosenną noc nie było zbyt wydajne. W moim pokoju bardzo słabe WIFI, trzeba było otworzyć drzwi na korytarz by złapać sygnał.
