Very comfortable minimalist style new hotel with good restaurant and helpful staff. A bit out of the way for some but we didn't want to be near the centre. Close to Nosal and Kuznice for good skiing. The curtains need to be of a thicker material so that the morning light doesn't come in to wake you up early! |

It was a nice modern hotel. The breakfast & food in the restaurant was lovely. Our floor wasn't hoovered during our stay but needed to be. Water in the room was never replaced once drank. We had requested a double room but had 2 single beds pushed together (which is quite common) and 2 single covers (which is not). |

Friendly staff / Excellent breakfast as part of b+b package / We ate dinner twice during our stay - meals were beautifully presented and very reasonably priced. |

We were three people and the room was sufficiently large for all of us. Breakfast very nice. Location good - away from the midtown, peaceful place. No cleaning until we asked for it two days after the arrival, one day before the departure. Most staff members speak only Polish - even at the reception, but when in Poland what else can you expect! No problem. |

het was een keurig hotel. netjes, schoon. beleefd personeel het personeel achter de receptie sprak slecht engels/duits. er waren weinig faciliteiten, alles was heel basic. Erg was dat echter niet, omdat we het prima naar de zin hadden in Zakopane en dus weinig in het hotel waren. |

Hotel jest w dobrym standardzie, natomiast radzimy, lubiącym ciszę, unikać wyjazdu w czasie ferii, biegajace dzieci tu i tam, słychać na każdym poziomie. Odsienieżanie też stoi pod znakiem zapytania. Jedynie można mieć zastrzeżenia, do wymiany ręczników i bielizny poscielowej |

Behulpzaamheid bij vragen naar mogelijkheid uitstappen, actieve medewerking: telefoontjes naar reisbureaus voor organisatie (gezien taalhandicap, zijnde Pools, zouden wij daar zelf niet in geslaagd zijn. |

Le cadre était très agréable et le service parfait. Petit déjeuner excellent. Excentré et calme. Pas de frigo dans les chambres. Nous avions choisi une "triple room" en espérant avoir une chambre plus confortable. Nous nous sommes retrouvé dans une chambre assez petite, moins confortable que celle de nos amis qui avaient choisi une chambre moins chère... |

Cisza, spokój, przyjazna atmosfera, bardzo życzliwy personel a także wyśmienite śniadania. Brak wymiany ręczników każdego dnia, ale wystarczyło poprosić obsługę o rozwiązanie problemu. |
