The Ostoya staff was outstanding and the 'palace' ambience best felt in the staircase and breakfast room with its decorative ceiling. The location was wonderful. I did an hour long walk around and hit most of the sites in old town and even the castle. The only difficulty was with booking.com. I had specified that two beds were essential and that a quiet room was also important. Booking.com did not pass this information on to the hotel. If there is a place on the booking form to make requests, and there was, then those requests should be passed on to the hotel. The Ostoya Palace did everything to accommodate us but booking.com failed us by not passing along our requests. Instead of a 'palace' experience with a wonderful suite, we had to be crammed into a twin bed room to get the quiet we needed and two beds.

We loved the area the hotel was situated. It was a few minutes walk away from the beautiful Planty area. It was a bijou hotel and we would describe it as understatedly sophisticated. Rooms had very high ceilings and the palace has been restored beautifully. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. The duvets were much too small for the beds. We had a kingsize bed and a single in our room (room 14) so we took the duvet off the single bed and used it as well. We had a very small bathroom (but no bath) with shower, sink and toilet. But it was very nice but definitely only room for one person at a time! The hotel was right beside a tram line so it was quite loud the first night until we got used to it. However, these are only points for perspective visitors to take note of and not any major problem for us enjoying our trip which was fantastic!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The room was immaculately clean, spacious and comfortable. It was ideally located, just a 5 minute walk from the main market square. We would definitely go there again.

the friendliness of the staff the cold food selection at breakfast was poor, and varied from good - orange juice, freshly boiled eggs - to poor - fizzy orange drink, no muesli, no service and messy greasy scrambled egg.

We throughly enjoyed our stay at the Ostoya Palace Hotel. The staff were friendly, efficient and welcoming. It was the perfect location for visiting Krakow. We had a beautiful room with high ceilings and big windows it was really good value for money.

The staff were pleasant and spoke good english. The location was good For the city centre. The lack of facilities as was quite basic. The breakfast was ok but Could have been a lot better. The cost was high really considering What they offered. I would recommend it but with the above conditions.

Все в комплексе на хорошем уровне. Завтрак можно было бы и поразнообразней (на следующий день почти тот же самый ассортимент). Но при этом все продукты хорошего качества.

Отличный отель! Расположен рядом со Старым гордом. Просторные, чистые номера. Есть wi-fi. За 49 евро это лучшее соотношение цена/качество в Кракове. В 8 утра зачемто пылесосили соседний номер... Снизил оценку из-за этого.

отлиная гостиница в центре города. 800 метров до рыночной площади. адекватная цена. номер оказался очень чистым и сетлым. свежий ремонт. персонал отзывчивый, хотя по-рууски не кто не говорит, но на пальцах можно все объяснить.

Stosunkowo mała odległość do rynku. Jak na tą klasę hotelu i cenę za pokój, nie podobało mi się brak telewizji satelitarnej w pokoju. Małe poduszki na ogromnym łóżku ginęły.
